背景技术
目前,随着汽车起重机、随车起重机的发展,国内各行业对起重机的功能要求越来越高,特别是对兼有起重和运输功能的随车起重机有着更高的要求。
当前,各种方航、港口码头使用的集装箱等装备,越来越多的在底盘上加装随车起重机,随车起重机的起重臂一般为伸缩臂式和折叠臂式,带有伸缩臂式的随车起重机能够竖直的起吊货物,但是起重机的伸缩机构会经常因为过度伸缩,而减少起重机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种随车起重机,能够更大程度的发挥随车起重机伸缩机构的性能优势。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种随车起重机,其主要技术特征在于:包括支腿、底架、回转机构、曲折油缸、前臂、后臂、伸缩机构、吊钩、钢丝绳、楔形装置和滑轮装置,所述伸缩机构上设有位移传感器;所述支腿安装于底架下端,所述回转机构安装于底架上端,所述回转机构连接后臂,所述后臂连接前臂,所述曲折油缸连接前臂和后臂,所述前臂端部连接伸缩机构,所述伸缩机构连接滑轮装置,所述钢丝绳的一端通过楔形接头连接前臂,所述钢丝绳连接吊钩。
而且,所述的伸缩机构上还设有控制器和蜂鸣器。
而且,所述的控制器采用单片机。
而且,所述的支腿采用内翻式支腿。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是:
1、本实用新型结构简单,能够更大程度的发挥随车起重机伸缩机构的性能优势,利用位移传感器可以测得伸缩机构的伸缩情况,由控制器控制伸缩机构的长度,避免了因出现过度伸缩而造成起重机寿命的减少。
2、本实用新型设计合理,既能解决翻转式支腿翻转起步困难,增强整机工作时的稳定性,又能减小占据空间,利于操作,外形美观。利用内翻式支腿,既可使该垂直支腿油缸偏载力相应减小,油缸使用工况更好、支撑稳定,占据空间小;同时,由于改变了液压管路的连接方式,减少了泄露点。

一种随车起重机,如图1所示:包括支腿1、底架2、回转机构3、曲折油缸4、前臂5、后臂6、伸缩机构7、吊钩8、钢丝绳9、楔形装置10和滑轮装置11,所述伸缩机构7上设有位移传感器71;所述支腿1安装于底架2下端,所述回转机构3安装于底架2上端,所述回转机构3连接后臂6,所述后臂6连接前臂5,所述曲折油缸4连接前臂5和后臂6,所述前臂5端部连接伸缩机构7,所述伸缩机构7连接滑轮装置11,所述钢丝绳9的一端通过楔形接头10连接前臂5,所述钢丝绳9连接吊钩8。所述的伸缩机构7上还设有控制器和蜂鸣器;所述的控制器采用单片机;所述的支腿1采用内翻式支腿。
