铁路的钢轨是分段连接铺设的,为消抑热胀冷缩影响及其他原因,每两段钢轨间留有一定间隙。车轮行经钢轨连接部间隙时,会产生撞击震动和“哐

”的噪声,并造成车辆及路轨的损害和影响列车的高速运行。目前采用长轨来解决该问题,但长轨在焊接、铺设、维修及替换等方面都产生新的技术问题和困难,影响其普遍采用,而且长轨连接部仍有间隙问题。
本实用新型的目的是提出一种对端面实行革新设计的新型钢轨,它能大大减少车轮经过钢轨连接部间隙时的撞击震动,并能有效降低损耗、噪音,提高行车速度。
实现的方法是:将钢轨端面由传统的横切面改为斜切面。即,传统的钢轨端面垂直于钢轨的纵轴,而斜切式钢轨的端面垂直于钢轨底面,但与钢轨的纵轴形成30°——80°交角。这样,相邻钢轨的连接部呈交错状,车轮在连接部区间内会同时压在两段钢轨上,避免了落入间隙中产生的撞击震动。
本专利的实施不存在任何技术问题,无需增加任何新设备、新工艺、新部件,只要在生产钢轨时将钢轨端面的切割角度做适当调整即可。
