本实用新型提供一种高空车新型臂体同步伸缩结构,其技术特征是,伸缩油缸的油缸杆安装在外臂上,伸缩油缸油缸体与中臂后部连接。内臂的伸出机构为钢丝绳机构,钢丝绳一端安装在外臂内侧,通过安装在伸缩油缸端部的升程滑轮转换拉伸方向,另一端连接在内臂的尾部。内臂的回缩机构为链条机构,链条端安装在内臂尾部,通过安装在中臂后部的回程滑轮转换拉伸方向,另一端连接在外臂的前端外侧。其优点是,动作平稳可靠,安全性能可靠,生产成本较低,减少了伸缩机构的脱槽现象。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高空作业车、起重机传动机构,特别是一种臂体同步伸缩结构。 
背景技术
通常臂体同步伸缩机构采用链条传动机构或钢丝绳传动机构。链条传动机构具有长度弹性变化小,结构性能稳定等优点,但造价成本相对较高。钢丝绳传动机构,造价成本相对较低,但有长度弹性变形问题,自身性能特性导致如产生松动时,易形成脱槽等技术问题。由于臂体在举升和回缩时受力情况不同,所以回程钢丝绳设计截面较小,更易出现拉伸及脱槽现象。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述中存在的不足提供一种新型臂体同步伸缩结构。能达到即能够保持平稳可靠的传动,又降低生产制造成本。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,包括外臂、伸缩油缸、油缸杆、伸缩油缸 、中臂、内臂,升程滑轮、回程滑轮,其特征是,伸缩油缸的油缸杆安装在外臂上,伸缩油缸油缸体与中臂后部连接。内臂的伸出机构为钢丝绳机构,钢丝绳一端安装在外臂内侧,通过安装在伸缩油缸端部的升程滑轮转换拉伸方向,另一端连接在内臂的尾部。内臂的回缩机构为链条机构,链条一端安装在内臂尾部,通过安装在中臂后部的回程滑轮转换拉伸方向,另一端连接在外臂的前端外侧。当臂体做伸出动作时,外臂保持静止,伸缩油缸驱动中臂做外伸动作,内臂在伸出机构钢丝绳的拖动下,做与中臂同步的外伸动作。在此动作过程中,内臂拖动回缩机构为链条机构做被动延伸动作。当臂体做回缩动作时,外臂保持静止,伸缩油缸驱动中臂做回缩动作,内臂在回缩机构链条的拖动下,做与中臂同步的回缩动作。在此动作过程中,内臂拖动伸出机构的钢丝绳机构做被动延伸动作。 
本实用新型的优点是,动作平稳可靠,安全性能可靠,生产成本较低,减少了伸缩机构的脱槽现象。

下面结合附图对本实施例做进一步说明 
由图1可知, 1为外臂,伸缩油缸4的油缸杆安装在外臂1内侧后部,伸缩油缸4的油缸体与中臂2后部连接。在液压动力驱动下,伸缩油缸4可驱动外臂1与中臂2的完成伸缩动作。内臂3的伸出机构为钢丝绳机构,钢丝绳5一端安装在外臂1内侧,通过安装在伸缩油缸4端部的升程滑轮8转换拉伸方向,另一端连接在内臂3的尾部。内臂3的回缩机构为链条机构,链条6一端安装在内臂3尾部,通过安装在中臂后部的回程滑轮7转换拉伸方向,另一端连接在外臂1的前端外侧。
当臂体做伸出动作时,外臂1保持静止,伸缩油缸4驱动中臂2做外伸动作,内臂3在伸出机构钢丝绳的拖动下,做与中臂同步的外伸动作。在此动作过程中,内臂3拖动回缩机构为链条机构做被动延伸动作。 
当臂体做回缩动作时,外臂1保持静止,伸缩油缸4驱动中臂2做回缩动作,内臂3在回缩机构链条的拖动下,做与中臂同步的回缩动作。在此动作过程中,内臂3拖动伸出机构的钢丝绳机构做被动延伸动作。   本结构不仅能应用到高空车、起重车、也适合其它带有伸缩机构的车。

1.一种高空车新型臂体同步伸缩结构,包括外臂、伸缩油缸、油缸杆、伸缩油缸 、中臂、内臂,升程滑轮、回程滑轮,其特征是,伸缩油缸的油缸杆安装在外臂上,伸缩油缸油缸体与中臂后部连接,内臂的伸出机构为钢丝绳机构,钢丝绳一端安装在外臂内侧,通过安装在伸缩油缸端部的升程滑轮转换拉伸方向,另一端连接在内臂的尾部,内臂的回缩机构为链条机构,链条一端安装在内臂尾部,通过安装在中臂后部的回程滑轮转换拉伸方向,另一端连接在外臂的前端外侧。
