本实用新型十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具涉及一种机床夹具,具体涉及一种用于精密机械产品加工机床的浮动夹具。由底板、内六角圆柱头螺钉一、内六角圆柱头螺钉二、外座、轴承、球轴承、轴、紧定螺钉、薄壁气缸、拉杆、弹性夹头座、圆柱头定位螺钉、弹性夹头和活塞组成；外座通过数个内六角圆柱头螺钉一与底板连接，轴承座内安装有数个深沟球轴承，深沟球轴承分别通过数个轴与外座、弹性夹头座连接，并分别用紧定螺钉固定，薄壁气缸通过数个内六角圆柱头螺钉与弹性夹头座连接，拉杆上部连接弹性夹头，下部和活塞相连，活塞安装在薄壁气缸内，圆柱头定位螺钉装插在弹性夹头的槽中，使弹性夹头只能上下移动，而不能旋转。所述的夹具与机床工作台连接。

技术领域
本实用新型十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具涉及一种机床夹具,具体涉及一种用于精密机械产品加工机床的浮动夹具。 
背景技术                      
内燃机喷油嘴偶件针阀体，18CrNi8材质，硬度范围HRC 58～62，加工孔尺寸Φ6+0.02/-0.01mm，孔平行度≤0.0005mm，圆度≤0.0005mm，直线度≤Φ0.001mm，粗糙度值Ra0.05，加工精度要求极高。
现代化的机械设备，使精密类零部件的加工得以迅速发展，其几何精度都达到 “um”级别，而传统的一些工装夹具都已难以满足产品工艺的要求。“工欲善其事，必先利其器。”，为了满足零件相关加工工艺，诸如产品内孔的圆度、粗糙度、平行度等要求，使用现代化的加工机床同时，还必须要配合使用合理的工装夹具，才能有效的保证工件的加工质量、提高劳动生产率、扩大机床的使用范围和减轻劳动强度。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具,主要配套在一种孔的精加工机床上使用。为了改进传统夹具的不足，本实用新型采用十字销式的支撑方式，气缸拉动弹性夹头夹紧，加以辅具，可实现自动装夹，特别对于外形规则的轴类零件，装夹快捷、中心找正准确、水平方向移动灵活。 
本实用新型十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具是采取以下技术技术方案实现： 
十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具由底板、内六角圆柱头螺钉一、内六角圆柱头螺钉二、外座、轴承座、深沟球轴承、轴、紧定螺钉、薄壁气缸、拉杆、弹性夹头座、圆柱头定位螺钉、弹性夹头和活塞组成。
本实用新型夹具通过“T”形螺栓将夹具底板与机床工作台连接。 
外座通过数个内六角圆柱头螺栓一与底板连接，底板与机床工作台连接，轴承座内安装有数个深沟球轴承，深沟球轴承分别通过数个轴与外座、弹性夹头座连接，并分别用紧定螺钉固定，薄壁气缸通过数个内六角圆柱头螺钉二与弹性夹头座连接，拉杆上部连接弹性夹头，下部和活塞相连，圆柱头定位螺钉前部的圆柱头插在弹性夹头的键槽中，使弹性夹头只能上下移动，而不能旋转。 
十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具优点与积极效果： 
十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具设计合理，结构紧凑，具有浮动灵活、定位准确，可根据不同轴类产品的定位部位尺寸，更换上部的弹性夹头，适合多种相关轴类零件的定位装夹。本实用新型采用十字销式的支撑方式，气缸拉动弹性夹头夹紧，加以辅具，可实现自动装夹，特别对于外形规则的轴类零件，装夹快捷、中心找正准确、水平方向移动灵活。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2，十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具由底板1、内六角圆柱头螺栓一2、内六角圆柱头螺栓二9、外座3、轴承座4、球轴承5、轴6、紧定螺钉7、薄壁气缸8、拉杆10、弹性夹头座11、圆柱头定位螺钉12、弹性夹头13和活塞15组成。 
本实用新型夹具通过下部的底板1与机床工作台连接。 
外座3通过数个内六角圆柱头螺钉一2与底板1连接，底板1与机床工作台连接，轴承座4内安装有数个深沟球轴承5，深沟球轴承5分别通过数个轴6与外座3、弹性夹头座11连接，并分别用紧定螺钉7固定，薄壁气缸8通过数个内六角圆柱头螺栓二9与弹性夹头座11连接，拉杆10上部连接弹性夹头13，拉杆10下部和活塞15相连，活塞15安装在薄壁气缸8内，圆柱头定位螺钉12装插在弹性夹头13的槽中，使弹性夹头只能上下移动，而不能旋转。 
工作原理：压缩气体充斥薄壁气缸8上部时，推动活塞15向下运动，带动拉杆向下拉弹性夹头13，从而夹紧被加工零件（产品）14，例如内燃机喷油嘴偶件针阀体； 压缩气体充斥薄壁气缸(8)下部时，推动活塞15向上运动，带动拉杆向上松开弹性夹头13，则松开被加工零件（产品）14。 
综上所述，本实用新型的技术方案和具体实施方案可实现预期的发明目的。 
十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具优点与积极效果： 
本实用新型十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具具有浮动灵活、定位准确，可根据不同产品的外部尺寸，更换上部的弹性夹头，适合多种同类轴类零件的定位装夹。

1.一种十字销气动拉紧支撑浮动夹具，其特征在于：由底板、内六角圆柱头螺钉一、内六角圆柱头螺钉二、外座、轴承、球轴承、轴、紧定螺钉、薄壁气缸、拉杆、弹性夹头座、圆柱头定位螺钉、弹性夹头和活塞组成；
外座通过数个内六角圆柱头螺钉一与底板连接，轴承座内安装有数个深沟球轴承，深沟球轴承分别通过数个轴与外座、弹性夹头座连接，并分别用紧定螺钉固定，薄壁气缸通过数个内六角圆柱头螺钉与弹性夹头座连接，拉杆上部连接弹性夹头，下部和活塞相连，活塞安装在薄壁气缸内，圆柱头定位螺钉装插在弹性夹头的槽中，使弹性夹头只能上下移动，而不能旋转。
