[0003] 现有的将钢丝绳压入轨道绳槽的方法存在以下缺陷:(I)、车辆进、出无极绳绞车绳道前,人工将无极绳绞车钢丝绳压入绳槽,再用铁丝将钢丝绳固定在绳槽内,车辆进、出无极绳绞车绳道后,再将固定钢丝绳的铁丝去除,操作繁琐,浪费了大量的人力物力;(2)、当无极绞车钢丝绳较紧时,人工使用撬棍将钢丝绳压入绳槽较为困难,同时还易对操作人员造成一定的安全威胁;(3)、如遇车辆将固定钢丝绳的铁丝碾轧脱开的情况,钢丝绳弹起,处理起来非常麻烦。
[0004] 所以,亟待一种能快速、准确的将钢丝绳压入轨道绳槽的压绳装置。
实用新型内容
[0005] 本实用新型的目的在于,针对上述现有采用人工方式压绳存在的问题,提出一种压绳装置,以实现快速、准确的将钢丝绳压入轨道绳槽。
[0006] 为实现上述目的,本 实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种压绳装置,包括驱动缸、限位装置和两条链条,所述两条链条的一端分别与驱动缸的活塞杆连接,所述两条链条远离驱动缸的一端分别设置有用于勾住待压绳索的钩头,所述限位装置为能限制链条横向摆动的限位装置。

[0008] 进一步地,所述限位装置包括导向轮、导向轮支撑座和底板,所述导向轮支撑座固定在底板上,所述导向轮包括主轴和穿设固定在主轴上的两个滚轮,所述两个滚轮和主轴围成一个用于限制链条摆动的槽体,所述主轴的两端转动设置在导向轮支撑座中,即固定在底板上的所述导向轮支撑座主要用于承载导向轮。

[0014] 本实用新型压绳装置的工作原理:将驱动缸固定在轨道外侧的地面上,将限位装置固定在轨道内侧枕木间的地面上,所述驱动缸和限位装置的设置高度均低于轨道高度,所述驱动缸与限位装置的连接线与钢丝绳垂直;将两条链条的钩头分别勾住靠近岔道轨道绳槽的主钢丝和副钢丝,开启驱动缸,驱动缸的活塞杆带动两条链条向驱动缸方向移动,链条在移动的过程中受限位装置的限位,基本不发生横向摆动,使链条端部的钩头拉动的钢丝绳能准确进入岔道轨道绳槽。
[0015] 本实用新型压绳装置结构简单、合理、紧凑,解决了车辆进、出无极绳绞车绳道时,人工将无极绳绞车钢丝绳压入铁轨绳槽存在的安全威胁大及效率低的问题,提高了无极绳绞车运输的安全性和高效性,同时本实用新型压绳装置仅需一人作业,大大节约了人力资源成本。

[0026] 本实施例公开了一种压绳装置,如图1-2所示,包括驱动缸1、限位装置2和两条链条3,本实施例中驱动缸I为两个,均为液压缸。两条链条3的一端分别与两个驱动缸I的活塞杆连接,两条链条3远离驱动缸I的一端分别设置有用于勾住待压钢丝绳的钩头,所述驱动缸I活塞杆的行程应大于等于待压绳索(钢丝绳)距离岔道绳槽的距离。
[0027] 限位装置2的结构如图3-8所示,该限位装置2能限制链条横向摆动。具体地,该限位装置2包括导向轮7、导向轮支撑座8和底板9,该导向轮支撑座8固定在底板9上,导向轮7由主轴13和穿设固定在主轴上的两个滚轮14组成,所述两个滚轮14和主轴13围成一个用于限制链条摆动的槽体,主轴13的两端转动设置在导向轮支撑座8中,即固定在底板上的导向轮支撑座8主要用于承载导向轮7。底板9上设置有用于穿设地锚螺栓的通孔10。本实施例中导向轮支撑座8为角铁,该角铁的一个面上上设置有用于转动设置导向轮的固定孔11,该角铁的另一个面上设置有与通孔10匹配的固定通孔12。

[0031] 本实用新型压绳装置的工作原理:将驱动缸I固定在轨道4外侧的、且距岔道轨道6不远处的地面上,采用地锚螺栓穿设固定在通孔10中将限位装置2固定在轨道4内侧枕木间的地面上,所述驱动缸I和限位装置2的设置高度均低于轨道4高度,并使所述链条3与钢丝绳5垂直(驱动缸I与限位装置2的连接线与钢丝绳5垂直);将两条链条3的钩头分别勾住靠近岔道轨道6绳槽的两条钢丝绳5 (主钢丝和副钢丝)。开启驱动缸1,驱动缸I的活塞杆带动两条链条3向驱动缸I方向移动,链条3在移动的过程中受限位装置的限位,基本不发生横向摆动,使链条3端部的钩头拉动的钢丝绳5能准确进入岔道轨道6的绳槽中。

1.一种压绳装置,其特征在于,包括驱动缸、限位装置和两条链条,所述两条链条的一端分别与驱动缸的活塞杆连接,所述两条链条远离驱动缸的一端分别设置有用于勾住待压绳索的钩头,所述限位装置为能限制链条横向摆动的限位装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述压绳装置,其特征在于,所述驱动缸为气缸、液压缸或电动推杆中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述压绳装置,其特征在于,所述限位装置包括导向轮、导向轮支撑座和底板,所述导向轮支撑座固定在底板上,所述导向轮包括主轴和穿设固定在主轴上的两个滚轮,所述两个滚轮和主轴围成一个用于限制链条摆动的槽体,所述主轴的两端转动设置在导向轮支撑座中。
4.根据权利要求3所述压绳装置,其特征在于,所述底板上设置有用于穿设地锚螺栓的通孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述压绳装置,其特征在于,所述钩头内缘与待压绳索外径相匹配。
6.根据权利要求1所述压绳装置,其特征在于,所述链条为手拉葫芦,所述手拉葫芦一端与活塞杆固定,另一端与钩头连接。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述压绳装置,其特征在于,所述驱动缸为两个,所述两个链条的一端分别与两个驱动缸连接。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述压绳装置,其特征在于,还包括用于控制驱动缸开启的操作阀组,所述操作阀组与驱动缸电连。
