Abstract
本发明公开了一种地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,包括底座和安装在底座上的转动芯盘,所述转动芯盘上安装有塔架机构,所述塔架机构包括两个能够调节高度且用于支撑铺轨门吊吊耳的塔架体,两个所述塔架体之间设置有用于支撑铺轨门吊横梁的托盘和用于带动所述托盘上下移动的动力机构。该旋转升降机能够快速、便捷、有效的实现铺轨门吊的运输、安装、变跨、拆除和回收,其安全性高,节省大量人力,降低劳动强度,能够有效的加快施工进度。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于地铁铺轨门吊施工技术领域,具体涉及一种地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机。
背景技术
[0002] 铺轨龙门吊是专门为地铁铺轨设计制造的,可进行双机联动铺设25米轨排作业,另外还可单机进行小型吊装作业。由于地铁隧道内和车站站台施工空间尺寸受限,所以要求铺轨龙门吊在拆改、立和跨度变化时能快速、安全、省力情况下迅速完成铺轨门吊装配,使铺轨门吊进入后续施工作业。隧道内传统的铺轨门吊拆立方法是人工利用隧道管片上注浆孔作为吊装点,手拉葫芦和钢丝绳配合来完成的。传统拆改铺轨门吊方法一般需要一天的时间来完成,一天铺轨和混凝土浇筑工作无法完成,将大大影响工程进度,滞后工期。通过使用旋转升降机最多仅需3小时就可以完成铺轨门吊的拆改、变跨工作,且这3小时可同时和现场施工作业队沟通后穿插作业,互不影响。
[0003] 传统铺轨门吊隧道内、车站内拆立方法:隧道内吊装点为盾构顶部,车站内吊装点为车站结构上部结构空间。两者拆改方法都是使用钢丝绳和手拉葫芦通过吊装点将铺轨门吊的上部横梁中心位置固定好;铺轨门吊下部左右两侧支腿通过固定横梁的方法将其固定;将铺轨门吊走形支腿处跨度变化的法兰板及螺栓拆除(或插入法兰板),拆除法兰板后(或插入法兰板)将铺轨门吊用螺栓连接安装好。铺轨门吊在运输、安装、拆除过程中均需进行上、下部结构进行解体。
[0004] 此操作复杂且需要大量熟练人员配合默契、效率低、安全性差;这将加大人力、物力、财力的投入,增加工程成本,同时还会造成工期的延误。在目前众多的行业竞争面前,如果谁能拥有更高效的施工方法,将安全风险降低至最小化,谁就有更好的业绩,占有更多的市场份额。因此设备的改革创新势在必行,而安全、高效、便捷的新设备也必将获得更多施工单位的青睐。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机。该旋转升降机能够快速、便捷、有效的实现铺轨门吊的运输、回收、安装和变跨,其安全性高,节省大量人力,降低劳动强度,能够有效的加快施工进度。

[0038] 如图1和图2所示的一种地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,包括底座18和安装在底座18上的转动芯盘16,所述转动芯盘16上安装有塔架机构,所述塔架机构包括两个能够调节高度、且用于支撑铺轨门吊21吊耳21-1的塔架体,两个所述塔架体之间设置有用于支撑铺轨门吊21横梁的托盘19和用于带动所述托盘19上下移动的动力机构20。所述托盘19与所述塔架体固定连接。

[0048] 结合图3,具体的,当采用该旋转升降机对铺轨门吊21进行运输时:用吊装设备(龙门吊或者汽车吊)将该旋转升降机吊至平板车1的最佳位置上分别固定,即固定板2与平板车1相连接,将铺轨门吊21吊起对位在旋转升降机的正上方,并使所述塔架体外套管11上的弧形槽13与铺轨门吊21的吊耳21-1对应配合。液压油缸20上升,通过托盘19托住铺轨门吊21的横梁,将铺轨门吊21的卷线盘横梁旋转90°,防止超宽、超限影响通过,将用于定位内套管9和外套管11的紧固件22取出,液压油缸20继续上升通过托盘19将铺轨门吊21顶起,当铺轨门吊21的支腿21-2高出平板车1即可,然后人工旋转所述塔架机构,即转动芯盘16相对芯座5转动90度,液压油缸20行程降至最低,铺轨门吊21的支腿21-2落在平板车1上,将所述紧固件22对应插入内套管9和外套管11上的径向孔10内,用2个3T手拉葫芦和钢丝绳将铺轨门吊21捆拉固定于平板车1,平板车1进行运输,从而实现铺轨门吊21的装车运输。
[0049]当采用该旋转升降机对铺轨门吊21进行安装时:将固定铺轨门吊21塔架的钢丝绳拆除,打开液压栗站12的开关,将所述塔架体上用于定位内套管9和外套管11的紧固件22取出,液压栗站12控制液压油缸20将铺轨门吊21顶起,当铺轨门吊21的支腿21_2高出平板车1即可,再旋转所述塔架机构90度(与装车旋转方向相反),液压油缸20行程下降,铺轨门吊21的支腿21-2缓缓落下(支腿21-2距铺轨门吊走行轨要保持一定高度),通过调整所述调节机构使铺轨门吊21与铺轨门吊走行轨保持合适距离,解决铺轨门吊21在落入铺轨门吊走行轨时位置偏差的问题,当铺轨门吊21落入铺轨门吊走行轨时,将所述紧固件22取出,然后,液压栗站12将液压油缸20顶起,此时铺轨门吊21的外套管11被顶起并升高到预设高度时,然后将紧固件22穿入内套管9和外套管11上相对应的径向孔10内,并将紧固件22紧固,接下来,调节液压栗站12将液压油缸20行程降至最低,旋转铺轨门吊21的卷线盘90度与装车旋转方向相反,铺轨门吊21的安装完成。
[0050] 当采用该旋转升降机调节铺轨门吊21跨度时:平板车1推送该旋转升降机对位至铺轨门吊21横梁正下方,并使所述塔架体外套管11上的弧形槽13与铺轨门吊21的吊耳21-1对应配合。液压栗站12控制液压油缸20,托盘19将铺轨门吊21托住,然后将用于定位内套管9和外套管11的紧固件22取出,液压油缸20继续工作并将铺轨门吊21缓缓顶起,铺轨门吊21的支腿21-2底部略高于平板车1即可,再旋转所述塔架机构90度,然后液压油缸20行程降至支腿21-2略高于平板车1,通过铺轨门吊21上的手摇变跨装置改变跨度,然后反方向旋转所述塔架机构90度,液压栗站12控制液压油缸20匀速下降直至落入改好跨度的铺轨门吊走行轨,再通过紧固件22将内套管9和外套管11的相对位置固定,铺轨门吊21变跨成功。其中,铺轨门吊21跨度为:2.9m,3.lm,3.6m(该铺轨门吊跨度可根据施工需求及工况条件设置不同的跨度),并可实现不同跨度间变化。
[0051 ] 本实施例中,当通过该旋转升降机对铺轨门吊21进行回收时,平板车1推送该旋转升降机对位至铺轨门吊21的正下方,并使所述塔架体外套管11上的弧形槽13与铺轨门吊21的吊耳21-1对应配合。启动液压栗站12,将液压油缸20的行程顶起托住铺轨门吊21的横梁,取出所述塔架体上用于定位内套管9和外筒管11的多个紧固件22,然后液压栗站继续控制液压油缸20将铺轨门吊21缓缓顶起,当铺轨门吊21的支腿21-2底部略高于平板车1即可,然后人工旋转所述塔架机构,即使转动芯盘16相对芯座5转动90度,接下来液压油缸20行程降低,铺轨门吊21的支腿21-2落在平板车1上即可,然后用2个3T手拉葫芦和钢丝绳将设备捆拉固定好,平板车1运输铺轨门吊21返回指定场地,铺轨门吊21的回收完成。本实施例中,所述平板车1可以为轮轨式、也可以为橡胶轮或履带式。
[0052] 本实施例中,通过调整所述调节机构使铺轨门吊21与铺轨门吊走行轨保持合适距离的具体办法是:旋转调节螺杆3,调节螺杆3相对立板4即旋转,同时产生水平移动,进而调节螺杆3的旋转,调节螺杆3内侧端的顶紧块14对底座18的外侧面施加顶紧力,进而通过位于底座18两侧的多对调节机构进行调整,从而使铺轨门吊21与铺轨门吊走行轨保持在合适的距离范围内。

1.地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:包括底座(18)和安装在底座(18)上的转动芯盘(16),所述转动芯盘(16)上安装有塔架机构,所述塔架机构包括两个能够调节高度且用于支撑铺轨门吊(21)吊耳(21-1)的塔架体,两个所述塔架体之间设置有用于支撑铺轨门吊(21)横梁的托盘(19)和用于带动所述托盘(19)上下移动的动力机构(20) ο
2.根据权利要求1所述的地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:所述底座(18)的下方设置有固定安装在平板车(1)上的固定板(2),所述底座(18)与固定板(2)呈滑动配合,所述底座(18)的外侧设置有能够带动底座(18)沿固定板(2)滑动的调节机构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:所述调节机构包括设置在固定板(2)上的立板(4)和与立板(4)螺纹配合的调节螺杆(3),所述调节螺杆(3)的一端与底座(18)外侧面抵接配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:所述塔架体包括内套管(9)和外套管(11),所述内套管(9)的下端与转动芯盘(16)连接,所述内套管(9)的上端伸入所述外套管(11)内,所述外套管(11)的上端与铺轨门吊(21)的吊耳(21-1)相适配,所述内套管(9)和外套管(11)上均对应开设有径向孔(10),所述径向孔(10)内设置有用于定位内套管(9)和外套管(11)的紧固件(22)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:所述外套管(11)的上端设置有与铺轨门吊(21)的吊耳(21-1)相适配的弧形槽(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:所述底座(18)包括与转动芯盘(16)呈转动配合的芯座(5),所述芯座(5)的外侧设置有滚轮护罩(7),所述滚轮护罩(7)内设置有与转动芯盘(16)上表面滚动配合的滚轮(8)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:所述滚轮(8)的数量为多个,且多个所述滚轮(8)绕转动芯盘(16)的圆周方向均匀布设。
8.根据权利要求6所述的地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:所述芯座(5)和转动芯盘(16)之间设置有用于引导转动芯盘(16)转动的滚珠(17)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:所述动力机构为液压油缸(20)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的地铁铺轨门吊拆装及运输用旋转升降机,其特征在于:所述液压油缸(20)采用双作用液压缸。
