本实用新型涉及一种适用于锂离子电池正极材料烧结后的自动卸料。
背景技术
由于锂离子电池正极材料烧结温度高、产品颗粒小卸料时容易产生扬尘等特点，卸料操作工基本处于高热、多粉尘的工作环境中，容易产生中暑、尘肺等损害工人健康的问题。所以设计和制作一个自动卸料装置对于员工健康保障、产品品质改善以及客户形象提升都是非常重要的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为锂离子电池正极材料的卸料提供一种结构简单，操作方便且投资较低的一种自动卸料装置。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种自动卸料装置，包括底座，底座上的一侧设有顶升气缸，顶升气缸的上方为工件区，底座的上方设有平移气缸，平移气缸带动有抓取翻转机构，设有倒料口，所述倒料口和顶升气缸分别位于抓取翻转机构行程两端的下方，倒料口的下方设有皮带运输机，皮带运输机的出口端设有出料口。
进一步的，所述的抓取翻转机构包括固定在底座上的连接杆，连接杆的两端中至少设有一个夹紧气缸，夹紧气缸的外侧连接有翻转气缸。
进一步的，所述的连接杆为倒U形结构。
进一步的，所述的连接杆每端都设有一个夹紧气缸。
进一步的，所述的抓取翻转机构的夹紧气缸的前端设有一个与工件对应的夹紧板，夹紧板的外侧设有橡胶垫。
本实用新型的工作原理以及有益效果表现在：
本实用新型的自动卸料装置主要用于实现窑炉自动循环线和破碎装置的衔接和自动卸料功能。
本实用新型的自动卸料装置，包括顶升气缸、自动感应器、抓取翻转机构、平移气缸、倒料口、皮带输送机、出料口和声光报警器。
顶升气缸用于将自动循环线输送过来的工件顶升到一定高度，顶升气缸与抓取翻转机构相互联系，抓取翻转机构固定在可平行移动的气缸平台上，可以水平移动并且180度翻转，倒料口下部有皮带输送机，将物料输送至破碎设备。
本实用新型元件简单，控制操作容易，通过自动感应器自动识别，适用于恶劣环境下的卸料操作。

如图1所示，一种自动卸料装置，包括底座，底座上的一侧设有顶升气缸1，顶升气缸1的上方为工件区，可放置工件3，工件区旁边设有一个自动感应器2，底座的上方设有平移气缸5，平移气缸5带动有抓取翻转机构4，设有倒料口6，所述倒料口6和顶升气缸1分别位于抓取翻转机构4行程两端的下方，倒料口6的下方设有皮带运输机7，皮带运输机7的出口端设有出料口8，整个设备还设有声光报警器9，实现自动化。
自动运行时，循环线上的工件3运送到指定位置，自动感应器2探测到工件3，顶升气缸1将工件3顶起，抓取翻转机构4将工件夹住，顶升气缸1下降避让，此时平移气缸5带动抓取翻转机构整体移动到倒料口6上方，抓取翻转机构4夹着工件开始翻转，翻转180度后将工件内的料块倒出，倒出的料块下落到皮带输送机7，皮带输送机开始运转将料块输送到出料口8，经出料口进行卸料。同时经过卸料后的工件通过上述机构反向动作将工件放回到窑炉自动循环线上，当有故障出现时声光报警器自动报警，实现整体自动化。
抓取翻转机构4包括固定在底座或者机架41上的呈倒U形结构的连接杆42，连接杆42的两端都一个夹紧气缸43，夹紧气缸43的外侧连接有翻转气缸44。
所述的抓取翻转机构4的夹紧气缸43的前端设有一个与工件对应的夹紧板，夹紧板的外侧设有橡胶垫。
此装置在正常使用时，只需将其打到自动即可，全过程无需人员操作，出现错误时会给出声光报警，提示维修人员过来排除故障，操作简单，使用方便，完全取代了操作工的手工操作。
本实用新型有手动和自动控制两种方式，由PLC控制，执行动作机构为气缸。可以配套自动循环线使用，达到完全自动化。

1.一种自动卸料装置，其特征在于：包括底座，底座上的一侧设有顶升气缸，顶升气缸的上方为工件区，底座的上方设有平移气缸，平移气缸带动有抓取翻转机构，设有倒料口，所述倒料口和顶升气缸分别位于抓取翻转机构行程两端的下方，倒料口的下方设有皮带运输机，皮带运输机的出口端设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动卸料装置，其特征在于：所述的抓取翻转机构包括固定在底座上的连接杆，连接杆的两端中至少设有一个夹紧气缸，夹紧气缸的外侧连接有翻转气缸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动卸料装置，其特征在于：所述的连接杆为倒U形结构。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的自动卸料装置，其特征在于：所述的连接杆每端都设有一个夹紧气缸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动卸料装置，其特征在于：所述的抓取翻转机构的夹紧气缸的前端设有一个与工件对应的夹紧板，夹紧板的外侧设有橡胶垫。
