Abstract

一种干法制粉机，按物料输送方向依次包括磨粉机、储粉斗、脉冲除尘器和鼓风机，所述磨粉机通过风管与所述储粉斗连通，所述储粉斗通过风管与所述脉冲除尘器连通，所述脉冲除尘器通过风管与所述鼓风机连接。大米原料进入磨粉机后会被磨成粉状；鼓风机抽风，使储粉斗和脉冲除尘器中形成负压，被磨碎的粉体首先会被抽送到储粉斗中，较大颗粒的粉体会掉落在储粉斗中进行储存，从而得到适合加工生产的粉体；颗粒较小的粉尘会被抽送到除尘器中进行过滤。本实用新型在整个制粉工艺中没有水的参与，因此不会产生污水。

本实用新型涉及粉面加工设备，尤其是用于制粉的干法制粉机。 
背景技术
在大米制干粉加工生产中，作为原料的大米首先需要进行制粉。现有的制粉工艺一般采用湿法制粉，其工艺是将大米磨浆，然后通过真空脱水或压滤脱水得到粉体。虽然采用湿法制粉能够得到较小粒径的粉粒，但是其过滤会产生污水，这些污水会污染环境并带有恶臭。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种干法制粉机，在制粉过程中不会对环境产生污染。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种干法制粉机，按物料输送方向依次包括磨粉机、储粉斗、脉冲除尘器和鼓风机，所述磨粉机通过风管与所述储粉斗连通，所述储粉斗通过风管与所述脉冲除尘器连通，所述脉冲除尘器通过风管与所述鼓风机连接。大米原料进入磨粉机后会被磨成粉状；鼓风机抽风，使储粉斗和脉冲除尘器中形成负压，被磨碎的粉体首先会被抽送到储粉斗中，较大颗粒的粉体会掉落在储粉斗中进行储存，从而得到适合加工生产的粉体；颗粒较小的粉尘会被抽送到除尘器中进行过滤。本实用新型在整个制粉工艺中没有水的参与，因此不会产生污水。 
作为改进，所述磨粉机为悬浮粉碎机。 
作为改进，所述磨粉机上设有进料口。 
作为改进，所述磨粉器上设有进风口，所述进风口处设有除湿加热装置。空气经过除湿加热装置后变成干燥的热空气，该部分的干燥热空气进入到磨粉器和储粉斗中，能够将带有水分的粉体烘干，从而得到干燥的粉体。 
作为改进，所述储粉斗底部设有卸粉关风器。

如图1所示，一种干法制粉机，按物料输送方向依次包括磨粉机1、储粉斗2、脉冲除尘器3和鼓风机4。所述磨粉器1通过风管6与所述储粉斗2顶部连通，所述储粉斗2顶部通过风管6与所述脉冲除尘器3连通，所述脉冲除尘器3通过风管6与所述鼓风机4连接。所述磨粉机为悬浮粉碎机1，磨粉效果更好，粉体颗粒适中；所述磨粉机上设有进料口11，进料口11处可以通过螺杆送料机构进行自动送料。所述储粉斗2底部设有卸粉关风器，可以将储粉斗2内的粉体取出。本实用新型工作原理：大米原料进入磨粉机1后会被磨成粉状；鼓风机4抽风，使储粉斗2和脉冲除尘器3中形成负压，被磨碎的粉体首先会被抽送到储粉斗2中，较大颗粒的粉体会掉落在储粉斗2中进行储存，从而得到适合加工生产的粉体；颗粒较小的粉尘会被抽送到除尘器中进行过滤。本实用新型在整个制粉工艺中没有水的参与，因此不会产生污水。 
所述磨粉机1上设有进风口12，所述进风口12处设有除湿加热装置5。若原料带有水分较多时，需要启动除湿加热装置5；空气经过除湿加热装置5后变成干燥的热空气，该部分的干燥热空气进入到磨粉机1和储粉斗2中，能够将带有水分的粉体烘干，从而得到干燥的粉体。

1.一种干法制粉机，其特征在于：按物料输送方向依次包括磨粉机、储粉斗、脉冲除尘器和鼓风机，所述磨粉机通过风管与所述储粉斗连通，所述储粉斗通过风管与所述脉冲除尘器连通，所述脉冲除尘器通过风管与所述鼓风机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法制粉机，其特征在于：所述磨粉机为悬浮粉碎机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法制粉机，其特征在于：所述磨粉机上设有进料口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法制粉机，其特征在于：所述磨粉机上设有进风口，所述进风口处设有除湿加热装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法制粉机，其特征在于：所述储粉斗底部设有卸粉关风器。
