本实用新型公开一种用于玻璃器皿生产的模具预热机构，包括一台退火炉，所述退火炉的侧壁开设模具预热的进出口，进出口设有升降门，自退火炉的炉膛向外伸出导轨，所述导轨上装配开有预热窗的载模架，载模架的底部设有与导轨配合的滑轮；所述升降门的上端通过一组定滑轮控制升降，升降门的两侧边置滑槽内并沿该滑槽运动。采用本实用新型所提供的模具预热机构，利用退火炉内存在的温度对模具进行预热处理，可以在生产过程中随时使用到温度满足工艺参数要求的模具，提高玻璃器皿的生产效率，减少废品的浪费率。

本实用新型涉及玻璃器皿生产领域，特别是一种用于玻璃器皿生产的模具预热机构。
背景技术
玻璃器皿生产中产品成型时的模具温度要求在450℃左右，现有玻璃器皿生产中用的模具都是采用不加热的冷模具直接上机台使用，用料液的温度来逐步提升模具温度，大约需要30分钟才能将模具加热到满足生产要求的温度，而前面这30分钟生产出的产品都是废品，不仅浪费大量的能源，而且生产效率也很低。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有模具不加热直接上机台使用造成能源浪费和效率低下的问题，本实用新型提供一种用于玻璃器皿生产的模具预热机构，可以在生产前利用退火炉将模具预热，既节省能源，又提高生产效率。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的，一种用于玻璃器皿生产的模具预热机构，包括一台退火炉，所述退火炉的侧壁开设模具预热的进出口，进出口设有升降门，自退火炉的炉膛向外伸出导轨，所述导轨上装配开有预热窗的载模架，载模架的底部设有与导轨配合的滑轮。
所述升降门的上端通过一组定滑轮控制升降，升降门的两条侧边置于滑槽内并沿该滑槽运动。
有益效果：采用本实用新型所提供的模具预热机构，利用退火炉内存在的温度对模具进行预热处理，可以在生产过程中随时使用到温度满足工艺参数要求的模具，提高玻璃器皿的生产效率，减少废品的浪费率。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型所提供的一种用于玻璃器皿生产的模具预热机构，包括一台退火炉9，退火炉9的侧壁开设供模具预热的进出口8，进出口8的两侧设有滑槽7，进出口8还设有升降门2，升降门2的两个侧边置于滑槽7内并沿该滑槽7运动，升降门2的上端通过一组定滑轮1控制升降，自退火炉的炉膛向外伸出导轨6，导轨6上装配开有预热窗4的载模架3，载模架3的底部设有与导轨6配合的滑轮5。载模架的大小根据线上使用模具的数量来定，载模架装上要使用的模具后推入退火炉里放下升降门，30分钟以后里面的模具温度基本达到450℃左右，由于退火炉里的温度在420-520℃之间，刚好可以利用这个温度对模具进行加温控制，解决了现有生产模具温度不满足生产工艺要求的问题。

1.一种用于玻璃器皿生产的模具预热机构，包括一台退火炉，其特征在于，所述退火炉的侧壁开设模具预热的进出口，进出口设有升降门，自退火炉的炉膛向外伸出导轨，所述导轨上装配开有预热窗的载模架，载模架的底部设有与导轨配合的滑轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于玻璃器皿生产的模具预热机构，其特征在于，所述升降门的上端通过一组定滑轮控制升降，升降门的两条侧边置于滑槽内并沿该滑槽运动。
