背景技术
轮毂是汽车的主要运动部件之一,它是通过螺栓紧固安装在驱动轴上,因此轮毂的安装毂上一般开有至少四个螺栓孔,通常螺栓孔由圆柱孔和锥形孔两段构成,螺栓的帽头部通常为锥形面压装在锥形孔中。在现有技术中,轮毂上的螺栓孔的内壁面均为光面,不具备加强和防滑功能;由于轮毂及螺栓是在高速及恶劣的环境下长期工作,并且承受很大的扭矩,因此螺栓紧固不牢,长期工作有可能出现破裂松动,给行车安全带来隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要解决轮毂上的螺栓可能松动的问题,提供一种防滑螺栓孔铝合金轮毂。
本实用新型的具体方案是:针对现有的铝合金轮毂进行改进,它具有轮毂本体,在轮毂本体的安装毂上开有至少四个螺栓孔,螺栓孔由圆柱孔和锥形孔两段构成,其特征是:在螺栓孔的锥形孔表面上滚制有防滑滚花。
本实用新型中所述螺栓孔锥形孔表面上的防滑滚花为网纹滚花,滚花模数为0.8。
本实用新型由于在螺栓孔的锥形孔表面滚制了防滑滚花,使螺栓安装后与其配合具备了防滑功能,大大减小了螺栓松动的可能性,从而提高了行车安全的可靠性。
本实用新型结构简单,改进成本低,防滑防松性能好,提高了行车安全性能。

参见图1、2、3,本实用新型具有轮毂本体1,在轮毂本体1的安装毂2上开有四个螺栓孔3(根据不同规格还可以是5个、6个甚至更多个螺栓孔),螺栓孔3由圆柱孔4和锥形孔6两段构成,特别是:在螺栓孔3的锥形孔6表面上滚制有防滑滚花5。
本实施例中所述螺栓孔3锥形孔表面上的防滑滚花5为网纹滚花,滚花模数为0.8。
