本实用新型属于机械设备技术领域，具体地说是一种外置冷却管的麻塑复合材料成型机机身。
背景技术
本公司研制成功的麻塑复合材料生产时由于市场上的挤出成型机达不到要求不能使用，我公司根据生产要求研制了专用挤出成型机，由于麻塑复合材料在生产时流动性降低，挤出成型时摩擦发热量增加，所以必须对机身进行冷却。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要设计一种能满足生产麻塑复合材料时，能同时冷却的麻塑复合材料成型机机身。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型号采用了如下技术解决方案：一种麻塑复合材料成型机机身，由箱体2和进料斗1组成，箱体2为内置推进螺旋的圆柱形管体，其挤出端外壁设有环包裹箱体2的冷却水管3。
由于采用了上述技术解决方案，本实用新型很好的实现了其发明目的，结构简单合理，造价低，用于麻塑复合材料成型机，能达到连续生产的要求。

由附图所示，一种麻塑复合材料成型机机身，由箱体2和进料斗1组成，箱体2为内置推进螺旋的圆柱形管体，其挤出端外壁设有环包裹箱体2的冷却水管3。
本实用新型的工作原理和过程如下：当麻塑复合材料成型机生产时，将本机身上的冷却水管3与冷却水源连通，冷却水从冷却水管3中流过，带走机身热量，达到冷却的目的。
