本实用新型公开了一种电动汽车永磁同步电机,包括壳体和设置在所述壳体两端的端套;在所述壳体两端分别设置有进水管咀和出水管咀,在壳体外部套装有壳体扣套,在所述壳体外壁上呈螺旋状开设有与两端的进水管咀和出水管咀相连通的凹槽,所述凹槽与壳体扣套构成螺旋水道。本实用新型优点在于能够有效的提高电机定子的冷却速度,使电机定子保持在合理稳定状态下运行。当电机运行时,冷却水通过两端的进水管咀和出水管咀在螺旋水道内流动,与定子绕组进行充分的热交换,将运行过程中产生的热量带走,使得定子绕组始终保持在合理温度状态。

背景技术
    纯电动汽车用永磁同步电机普遍采用高的电磁负荷,虽然达到了节省材料、缩小体积的目的,但是也造成了电机产生的热量过大,而散热面积相对不足的问题。过高的温度不仅会影响电机的工作性能,甚至会对电机造成严重损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种能够有效提高冷却速度的电动汽车永磁同步电机。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的电动汽车永磁同步电机,包括壳体和设置在所述壳体两端的端套;在所述壳体两端分别设置有进水管咀和出水管咀,在壳体外部套装有壳体扣套,在所述壳体外壁上呈螺旋状开设有与两端的进水管咀和出水管咀相连通的凹槽,所述凹槽与壳体扣套构成螺旋水道。
本实用新型优点在于能够有效的提高电机定子的冷却速度,使电机定子保持在合理稳定状态下运行。当电机运行时,冷却水通过两端的进水管咀和出水管咀在螺旋水道内流动,与定子绕组进行充分的热交换,将运行过程中产生的热量带走,使得定子绕组始终保持在合理温度状态。
