本实用新型涉及焊装夹具，尤其是一种轴承式焊装夹具回转台。 
背景技术
在焊接夹具结构中，经常用到需回转的回转夹具；现有回转夹具的回转部位，其结构采用的是轴和衬套的组合式，采用的衬套为铜衬套。这种结构存在回转部分旋转不灵活、旋转的精度低、磨损快的问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种轴承式焊装夹具回转台，能够提高回转部件耐磨性，提高其使用寿命和定位精度。 
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案如下：轴承式焊装夹具回转台，包括安装板，安装板上固定有轴，轴上安装有轴套，其特征在于：所述轴套内设有向心轴承，向心轴承内设有卡簧。 
对上述技术方案的改进：所述向心轴承为带有止动槽的向心轴承。 
有益效果： 
使用本实用新型所述的轴承式焊装夹具回转台，轴套内设有向心轴承，采用向心轴承来代替铜套，有效提高了耐磨性，从而提高了回转部件的使用寿命；用向心球轴承代替铜套，尤其是用带有止动槽的向心轴承来代替铜套，解决了回转灵活性问题，提高了回转精度。
