背景技术
目前,对一些小型薄型的内圈在进行滚道磨削时,由于精度要求比较高,一般的工装很难达到要求。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种用于固定内圈的工装,采用此工装进行滚道磨削时,能满足磨削滚道时的所要求的加工精度。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种用于固定内圈的工装,包括内圈工装本体,内圈工装本体的中心位置处开设有通孔,通孔的周边、内圈工装本体内侧处设有与内圈内圆相配合连接的外凸台,外凸台的周边、内圈工装本体上开有与内圈上安装孔对应的若干个螺纹孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:磨削内圈上的滚道时,将内圈工装本体放在四爪卡盘上,然后将内圈放在内圈工装本体上,使内圈内圆与内圈工装本体上外凸台的外侧贴紧,并将内圈工装本体上的螺纹孔与内圈上的安装孔对齐,然后用螺栓旋进固定好,再将其放在磨削内圈滚道的机器上就可进行滚道加工了,确保了磨削滚道时的所要求的加工精度,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括内圈工装本体1,内圈工装本体1的中心位置处开设有通孔4,通孔4的周边、内圈工装本体1内侧处设有与内圈内圆相配合连接的外凸台2,外凸台2的周边、内圈工装本体1上开有与内圈上安装孔对应的若干个螺纹孔3。
磨削内圈上的滚道时,将内圈工装本体1放在四爪卡盘上,然后将内圈放在内圈工装本体1上,使内圈内圆与内圈工装本体1上外凸台2的外侧贴紧,并将内圈工装本体1上的螺纹孔3与内圈上的安装孔对齐,然后用螺栓旋进固定好,再将其放在磨削内圈滚道的机器上就可进行滚道加工了,确保了磨削滚道时的所要求的加工精度。
