本实用新型是为车辆加油提供的一种小型防爆式直流电动油泵。它是由电源逆变装置、交流感应电动机、往复式容积泵加上防护式外壳组成。它可实现用车上的低压直流电无火花方式驱动油泵运转，从而较好地解决了防爆问题，改变了过去那种用自备油桶加油时口吸管引即不卫生又很费事的状况。
Description
本实用新型属于防爆电器领域。专为车辆加油提供一种小型直流电动防爆式油泵。也可在其它方面使用。
给汽车加油通常是到加油站，但也有很多时候需要自备油桶里的油给自己车加油。这时大部分司机往往用胶管插到高于汽车油箱的油桶里，然后用嘴吸，形成虹吸现象后，才能使油桶里的油流到油箱里，这样既麻烦又对人体有害。
如能有一能利用车上低压直流电的电动小型油泵就很方便了。但又提出一个关键的问题就是在易燃易爆场合下的防爆问题。而一般直流电机都有电刷，即工作时有火花产生，这样防爆问题较难解决。
本实用新型就能较好的解决这个问题。它是依据这样的原理实现的：将车上的直流电源通过电子电路，变换成交流电源，然后再驱动无电刷的交流感应电动机，这再带动油泵的动转。由整个过程无火花产生，解决了防爆问题，使车辆加油既方便省事，又安全卫生。
本实用新型具体结构由实施例和附图给出。
下面结合附图样细描述。它是由往复式容积泵（6）、交流感应电动机（5）、逆变器（3）、防护外壳（4）、电缆线（2）、电源插头（1）组成。
本实用新型是这样工作的：车上的直流电源经插头（1）通过电源线（2）加到逆变器（3）上。经逆变后产生的交流电加到交流感应电机（5）上，再带动往复式容积泵（6）运转，完成泵油过程。逆变器（3）可用典型的逆变电路组成，并将全部电路件用环氧树脂灌封成一个整体，然后装在与电机（5）共用的防护外壳（4）之中。插头（1）可按车用点烟器插头标准生产，这样可很方便的插到车用点烟器插座上来使用。由于整个工作过程无火花，再加上有防护外壳（4）的隔离，满足了国家标准中基本安全型防爆电器产品的要求。
Claims (2)
1、一个由往复式容积泵[6]、交流感应式电动机[5]、逆变器[3]、防护外壳[4]、电缆线[2]、插头[1]、组成的防爆式直流电动油泵，其特征在于低压直流电经逆变器[3]驱动交流感应电机[5]，再带动往复式容积泵[6]运转。
2、按权利要求1所述的装置其特征在于逆变器〔3〕用环氧树脂灌封为一整体结构，并装在与交流感应式电动机〔5〕共用的防护外壳〔4〕之中。
