适用于多工况、压差变化幅度大的压力管道系统中压力、流量调节的调节阀,具有优良的流量、压力调节性能、调节粘度高、有优良的动态防振动性能,并能有效防止气蚀损伤。申请号为2009200867976的网孔内聚式调节阀,其阀体内连有一个网孔逐渐增大的网孔体筒,其网孔经常有污物堵塞,排污性能差,而且伸缩筒经常有卡阻现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种:自动排污式网孔调节阀,它是一种能自我排污,且阀门结构紧凑、流量调节迅速、运行平稳的阀门。
本实用新型技术方案为:
本实用新型包括阀体、阀轴、曲柄连杆机构、伸缩筒,其阀体内有阀轴和伸缩筒,曲柄连杆机构的一端与阀轴连接,另一端与伸缩筒连接,所述的伸缩筒和网孔为一体。
本实用新型优点如下:
1、本实用新型采用了伸缩筒和网孔为一体的结构,将阀门的流量调节系统设计成全通调节和网孔调节两个阶段,使其结构紧凑、操作力矩小、流量调节迅速、运行平稳可靠,特别是在降低高压工况使用时的气蚀、噪音及振动等方面效果明显,满足了高压差、大流量和低压差、小流量多工况的调节要求。
2、本实用新型自我排污,在调流阀开启末端,利用水流的冲刷作用,清除网孔及附近的污物,防止堵塞网孔和流道,使实用新型保持良好的效果。
3、本实用新型采用一体化双曲柄连杆活动机构,确保流量调节平稳、可靠,通过加大其横向尺寸,有效地防止伸缩筒在运行过程中产生扭转角位移,从而降低阀门操作力矩,并防止伸缩筒的卡阻现象发生。
