Abstract

本发明公开了“一种筒塞平衡式流量控制阀”,其任务是针对现有的“多功能活塞式流量控制阀”,在使用过程中存在着阀芯缸筒偏心力大,由于曲柄采用90度回转,它的力臂较长,这对阀芯缸筒运动是极其不利的,易造成其上下倾斜力产生的偏心,使阀芯缸筒与节流套筒两端导向环磨损加快,从而影响使用寿命。因此本发明克服上述缺点,提供一种将阀芯缸筒分为两节,一节为密封无孔圆筒,另一节为调节带孔圆筒,两个圆筒一大,一小为一体,其密封圆筒两端设有锥度密封面,调节圆筒设有笼式CV值调节孔。此外节流套筒周缘上设有许多节流抗噪音孔,其两端跨度大,有利导向和密封,并设有内凸沿为导向环和锥度密封面,它与阀芯缸筒配合调节流量,密封介质,使阀门控制具有多功能流量特性。

Description

一种筒塞平衡式流量控制阀
本发明公开了“一种筒塞平衡式流量控制阀”,它属于水电领域里的水库大坝蓄水,城市供水,工业供水,管道上的大型控制阀门方面的发明创造。其任务是针对现有的“多功能活塞式流量控制阀”,在使用过程中存在着阀芯缸筒偏心力大,由于曲柄采用90度回转,它的力臂较长,这对阀芯缸筒运动是极其不利的,易造成其上下倾斜力产生的偏心,使阀芯缸筒与节流套筒两端导向环磨损加快,从而影响使用寿命。此外阀芯缸筒和节流套筒在制造结构上还存在着结构繁琐,自重力过大等问题,并且流通介质受阀体流道腔的制约,介质流向采用左进右出方式,当介质流通时,在右出口端介质会产生集中对流现象,这就要造成压降损失大,同时阀门有振动,噪音也大,尤其是大口径阀门,这类问题弊端突出明显。因此本发明克服上述缺点,提供一种机构简单,技术完善,使用可靠,成本较低,它将阀芯设计为梯形无底缸筒,并具有平衡压差,消除噪音的功效。本发明阀芯缸筒分为两节,一节为密封无孔圆筒(左部),另一节为调节带孔圆筒(右部),两个圆筒一大,一小为一体,其密封圆筒两端设有锥度密封面,调节圆筒设有笼式Cv值调节孔,用来调节流量和抗噪音之用,它筒内还设有法兰与双梁接合成一体。此外节流套筒周缘上设有许多节流抗噪音孔,它比调节缸筒小孔大出1/3,其两端跨度大,有利导向和密封,并设有内凸沿为导向环和锥度密封面,它与阀芯缸筒配合调节流量,密封介质,使阀门控制具有多功能流量特性。
本发明主要由电动装置,阀内件,主阀体和副阀体构成,主阀体内腔设有夹层内腔,其内腔设有支架,排积物流道口,阀轴通孔,阀轴设计在侧面,由滑动轴套定位,再由电动装置带动阀轴120度回转,阀轴里面(夹层内腔)与曲柄六角配合成一体,阀轴端部插入支架轴套里,这样就把阀轴牢牢的定位住,其曲柄上安有连杆,连杆再连接双梁,使之带动阀芯缸筒运动,实现过程或切断控制。
本发明设有阀芯缸筒和节流套筒,它们由一大,一小圆筒组合套在一起,靠两端锥度面密封,节流套筒由副阀体法兰压接,固定在主阀体内腔夹层端部,经流体流过,则阀芯缸筒在节流套筒里由电装带动,左右运动,控制流量,以满足工况控制要求。
本发明结构简单,实用性强,性能可靠,使用寿命长,制造成本较低,是目前理想的创新型的好产品。

图3是图1的左视图。图中:有AB两处局部图,双梁11安装在阀芯缸筒13内法兰上,并且靠在法兰背面,由内六角螺钉固定上下两处,使之跟阀芯缸筒13成一体。如附图1和附图3所示。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例加以说明其工作原理。
1.阀门开启时:
电动装置28逆时针转动,带动阀轴3随之转动,则曲柄7也逆时针转动,带动连杆9和双梁11小偏心摇动,同时阀芯缸筒13向左移动,此时阀芯缸筒13的密封端面逐渐打开,调节端面也逐渐打开,至此介质通过阀芯缸筒13的调节孔流入节流套筒10的筒孔,之后介质进入主阀体1流道腔,从阀门左侧流出,即:阀门从O度转到120度,致阀门开启。
2.阀门关闭时:
电动装置28顺时针转动,带动阀轴3和曲柄7顺时针转动,使连杆9和双梁11摇动,此时阀芯缸筒13向右移动,则阀芯缸筒13的密封端面和调节端面同时逐渐关闭,形成密封,阀门关闭到位。
本发明“一种筒塞平衡式流量控制阀”,是对现有的“多功能活塞式流量控制阀”结构性的改变和寿命上的提高,这种新型控制阀,彻底解决了导向环磨损快,偏心力大,同轴度差,使用寿命短等突出问题。

Claims (1)

1.一种筒塞平衡式流量控制阀,主要包括:主阀体(1);腔底支架(2);盲板(6);阀轴(3);曲柄(7);连杆(9);节流套筒(10);双梁(11);阀芯缸筒(13);副阀体(14);支架轴套(20);电动装置(28);滑动轴套(35)等组成,其特征在于:
主阀体(1)内腔设有夹层内腔,其内腔底部设有腔底支架(2),下部设有排污积物流道口和盲板(6),侧面设有阀轴通孔和阀轴(3);
主阀体内腔右端设有笼式节流套筒(10),其节流套筒(10)一端镶嵌在内腔凹槽里,另一端由副阀体(14)法兰凹槽压接,其固定在主阀体(1)入口端;
节流套筒(10)周缘上设有许多节流抗噪音孔,其两端设有内凸沿导向环和锥度密封面,它与阀芯缸筒(13)配合调节流量,密封介质,使阀门具有多功能控制;
阀芯缸筒(13)设计为梯形无底缸筒,它将缸筒分为两节,一节为密封无孔圆筒,另一节为调节带孔圆筒,其两个圆筒一大,一小为一体,所述密封圆筒两端设有锥度密封面,调节圆筒设有笼式Cv值调节孔,用来调节流量和抗噪音之用;
阀轴(3)设为半轴式,它外面端部与电动装置(28)连接,再经外端滑动轴套(35)定位后,插入里面端头支架轴套(20)转动定位,所述阀轴(3)、曲柄(7)转角比现有角大30度,即:设计为120度,且为本发明最佳角度。
