    本实用新型涉及扩孔模具,特别适用于各种管路扩孔时使用。
背景技术: 
现有的管路扩孔时,是将管路放入下扩孔模具中,上模具下压,包紧管路,冲头伸入管口进行扩孔,冲头回程后,上模具上升,完成扩孔,取出加工好的管路。但这种扩孔结构易出现管路划伤和压扁管路,轻微划伤还可以返修,但较严重的划伤将导致产品报废。综上分析是由于管路没有放入下模具内芯时,上模具下压,造成压扁管路,管路划伤是由于上下模具包紧力不足,导致冲头扩孔时管路在模具中滑动所造。
发明内容: 
本实用新型的任务是提出一种能有效地避免压扁管路,能使模具有足够的力将管路表面包紧,增大摩擦力,避免管路划伤的一种扩孔装置。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的,一种扩孔模具,它包括上、下模具,其特征在于:所述的上、下模具是凹凸面间隙配合。上模具凸起的端面有一个向里凹的弧面,所述上模具凸起的形状为楔形,下模具凹陷上部是一个楔形便于管路导入,其凹陷底部形状是弧面。所述的上模具凸起底部的末端大于下模具凹陷上部。 
本实用新型具有以下效果:本实用新型扩孔采用凹凸模原理设计,改变原有模具上下对称结构,有效地保证了扩孔质量,避免返修,降低报废。

具体实施方式: 
结合以上附图详细描述实施例,上模具1为凸面,下模具2为凹面,上模具凸起的端面有一个向里凹的弧面,上模具凸起面的形状为楔形,下模具凹陷的上部是一个楔形便于管路3导入,其凹陷底部是压紧弧面4,所述的上模具凸起底部的末端大于下模具凹陷上部,这样才能形成上下模具结合后留有间隙,目的是避免上下模具结合后扩孔时对管路的压扁。
工作时,管路通过下模具凹陷上部的楔形面放入,(见图2箭头所示方向)有利于管路自动滑入模芯,上模具凸起的端面向里凹的弧面自动对正下模具凹陷底部的弧面,这样上模具下压时将自动校正管路是否对中,并且上下模具结合后之间留有间隙,保证与管路接触后上模具下压时有压缩空间,从而压紧管路,能有效地避免压扁管路。

1.一种扩孔模具,它包括上、下模具,其特征在于:所述的上、下模具是凹凸面间隙配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种扩孔模具,其特征在于:上模具凸起的端面有一个向里凹的弧面,所述上模具凸起的形状为楔形,下模具凹陷上部是一个楔形便于管路导入,其凹陷底部形状是弧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种扩孔模具,其特征在于:所述的上模具凸起底部的末端大于下模具凹陷上部。
