本实用新型涉及将金属板材进行拉伸的模具。
背景技术
现有的一种将金属板材拉伸成筒状的拉伸模具的基本结构为:上模板与凹模之间联接有固定板,与下模板滑动配合的顶杆上落座有与凹模相配合的压边圈,下模板上联接有与凹模配合的凸模,压边圈及凹模的承压面为相互配合的平面。该种拉伸模具将金属板材拉伸成筒状的过程是,由凹模的承压面与压边圈的承压面将金属板材夹紧后,通过凸模与凹模的配合,将金属板材拉伸成筒状。这种拉伸模具在使用中存在的不足是:在金属板材被拉伸的过程中,金属板材会逐渐变薄,且其边沿会逐渐从凹模及压边圈的承压面的边沿向内侧移动,直至与两承压面分离,在金属板材的边沿接近于与两承压面分离时,变薄的金属板材的边沿往往会有被拉豁口的现象,这样一则影响加工质量,二则从金属板材边沿分离下来的金属屑会留在两承压面上,若不将金属屑及时清除,则会影响下一个工件的加工,因此每拉伸一次工件后,都需要由人工对两承压面进行擦拭。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种拉伸模具,它在拉伸金属板材时,不会造成金属板材的边沿被拉豁现象。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:一种拉伸模具,上模板与凹模之间联接有固定板,与下模板滑动配合的顶杆上落座有与凹模相配合的压边圈,下模板上联接有与凹模配合的凸模,凹模、压边圈两者分别所具有的承压面中,一承压面为平面,另一承压面的外侧的边沿具有凸出的台阶。
由上述方案可见,本实用新型提供的拉伸模具在加工金属板材时,金属板材由一为平面的承压面和另一承压面上的台阶夹紧后,在金属板材被逐渐拉伸变薄、且其边沿逐渐从承压面的外侧边沿的向内侧移动时,金属板材的边沿会先与台阶脱离,这样其变薄的边沿受到的挤压会减小,进而保证了边沿不会有被拉豁口的现象出现。
本实用新型结构简单、合理,它即可保证产品的质量,又可避免因模具的承压面上因留下金属屑而影响下一次工件加工的问题,且可提高加工效率。

本实用新型提供的拉伸模具中,上模板1与凹模3之间联接有固定板2,与下模板7滑动配合的顶杆5上落座有与凹模3相配合的压边圈4,下模板7上联接有与凹模3配合的凸模6。

本实施例中,凹模3的承压面外侧边沿具有凸出的台阶3a,压边圈4的承压面为平面。

本实施例中,模具的整体结构与实施例一基本相同,不同之处是:压边圈9的承压面外侧边沿具有凸出的台阶9a,凹模8的承压面为平面。
另外,实施例一、实施例二中所述的凸出的台阶3a、台阶9a均为封闭的圆环状。

1.一种拉伸模具,上模板与凹模之间联接有固定板,与下模板滑动配合的顶杆上落座有与凹模相配合的压边圈,下模板上联接有与凹模配合的凸模,其特征在于:凹模、压边圈两者分别所具有的承压面中,一承压面为平面,另一承压面的外侧的边沿具有凸出的台阶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉伸模具,其特征在于:凹模的承压面外侧边沿具有凸出的台阶,压边圈的承压面为平面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拉伸模具,其特征在于:压边圈的承压面外侧边沿具有凸出的台阶,凹模的承压面为平面。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的拉伸模具,其特征在于:所述的凸出的台阶均为封闭的圆环状。
