本实用新型号属于轧钢工具技术领域,具体涉及一种热钢坯故障处理夹具。 
背景技术
在中型轧钢企业中,生产用的钢坯单重,一般在0.5吨~3吨之间,这样重的钢坯 加热至1150~1250度时才能开轧。正常情况下是比较平稳的,可一但设备在轧制过程中出了(如机械设备、电器设备、工装器具)等故障。要处理这些又热、又长、又重的钢坯,那是一件相当不容易的操作,牵制整个轧制工段人员的神经,传统的处理方法是:气割分段,人工用钳子抬出。费力、费时,经常因处理不当,引发工伤事故的发生。所以必须发明一种夹具来替代着繁锁的人工操作。 
发明内容
本实用新型号的目的是提供一种热坯故障处理的夹具。 
本实用新型号热坯故障处理夹采用的技术方案是:热坯故障处理夹由吊环、吊链、手柄、轴套环、连杆、活动钳口把柄、轴Ⅰ、轴Ⅱ、轴Ⅲ、轴Ⅳ组成,手柄一端穿在轴Ⅲ中间,另一端曲口卡在轴Ⅱ的中间,吊链上与吊环连接,下与轴套环连接;轴套环连杆与活动钳口把柄由轴Ⅰ、轴Ⅱ、轴Ⅲ、轴Ⅳ穿起,两头用螺帽并紧,形成一个活动夹具钳口。 
钳口把柄的下部镶入一条防滑钳口铁,并与左右两个钳口把柄焊接形成整体。 
该夹具工作时只要把钳口摆在要处理的钢坯上,用钩子打开手柄,行车起吊就可以夹紧钢坯并吊走。放下钢坯钳口自动松开,手柄曲口自动卡在轴Ⅱ的中间,夹具开口就定位了,行车起升夹具离开钢坯就可移位。 
该夹具操作简单,制作方便,制造成本低,降低了劳动强度,避开了安全隐患,减少了事故的发生率,有广泛的推广应用价值。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,热坯故障处理夹由吊环1、吊链2、手柄6、轴套环11、连杆4、活动钳口把柄9、轴Ⅰ3、轴Ⅱ5、轴Ⅲ7、轴Ⅳ8组成,手柄6一端穿在轴Ⅲ7中间,另一端曲口卡在轴Ⅱ5的中间,吊链2上与吊环1,下与轴套环11连接。轴套环11、连杆4、与活动钳口把柄9、由轴Ⅰ3、轴Ⅱ5、轴Ⅲ7、轴Ⅳ8穿起,两头套上垫片12,螺帽13紧到手柄6开启力度自如后再横穿上开口销14,防止螺帽回退,形成一个活动钳口。 
再将钳口下部镶入一条防滑钳口铁10与左右两个钳口把柄焊接形成整体。 
操作方法:先将吊环1套在行车钩上,由行车吊着运行,如果要处理故障钢坯,只要把钳口摆在要处理的钢坯上,用钩子打开手柄6,行车起吊就可以夹紧钢坯并吊走。放下钢坯钳口自动松开,手柄6曲口自动卡在轴Ⅱ5的中间,夹具开口就定位,行车起升夹具离开钢坯就可移位。

1.一种热坯故障处理夹具,所述夹具由吊环(1)、吊链(2)、手柄(6)、轴套环(11)、连杆(4)、活动钳口把柄(9)、轴Ⅰ(3)、轴Ⅱ(5)、轴Ⅲ(7)、轴Ⅳ(8)组成,其特征是手柄(6)一端穿在轴Ⅲ(7)中间,另一端曲口卡在轴Ⅱ(5)的中间,吊链(2)上与吊环(1)连接,下与轴套环(11)连接;轴套环(11)连杆(4)与活动钳口把柄(9)由轴Ⅰ(3)、轴Ⅱ(5)、轴Ⅲ(7)、轴Ⅳ(8)穿起,两头用螺帽并紧,形成一个活动夹具钳口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热坯故障处理夹具,其特征是活动钳口把柄(9)的下部镶入一条防滑钳口铁(10),并与左右两个活动钳口把柄(9)焊接形成整体。
