本实用新型涉及一种链条滑道，具体说是一种用于拉伸膜包装机上的整体式传送链滑道装置。
背景技术
    传统的拉伸膜包装机两边的拉伸膜传送链滑道，随着工作周期的使用，不久就会磨损严重，随着工作周期的加长，传送链滑道加剧磨损，传送链滑动不顺畅，以至于导致传送链条松弛、脱落，使设备不能正常运作，且安装繁琐不易控制质量，降低了生产效率，提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种高效抗磨，并且易于维修的拉伸膜包装机整体式传送链滑道装置。
为达到以上目的，本实用新型在滑道的上端和下端一侧分别设有T型滑槽，传送链上的多个滚动轮穿入滑道上的T型滑槽，传送链在滑道内形成环状衔接。
通过以上设置，本实用新型使传送链与滑道配合在一起，采用高强度、高韧性的耐磨工程材料，大大延长了使用寿命，降低了维修率，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、所示，本实用新型在滑道1的上端和下端一侧分别设有T型滑槽2，传送链3上的多个滚动轮4穿入滑道1上的T型滑槽2，传送链3在滑道1内形成环状衔接。通过以上设置，将本实用新型安装在拉伸膜包装机的两侧大梁上，能实现对包装袋的良好的定位，提升了传送链3和滑道1的可靠性。本实用新型整体结构设计合理，衔接紧凑可靠，大量节省安装时间。
