在砂型铸造生产中,普通的砂型与砂芯的配合面采用单一平面结构,这种结构的砂芯在制作过程中要求尺寸特别严格,如有偏差,会造成在生产过程中跑铁水、磕砂现象,造成产品批量报废。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是对原砂型砂芯的配合面进行结构调整,降低对配合面的精度要求,同时能满足保证铸件质量的要求。
这种砂型铸造中用于改变砂型与砂芯配合面的结构,其特征在于:砂型与砂芯相互卡扣在一起,其接触面为相互配合的反向台阶,台阶的平行底面与竖直面倾斜成一个角度。
与以往结构相比,本实用新型改变了砂型与砂芯配合方式,避免了在生产过程中磕砂及跑铁水现象,提高了成品率。
