本实用新型涉及一种制动器蹄片轴注脂结构,属卡车底盘类的重型车桥制动器总成技术领域。
背景技术
传统的制动器蹄片轴润滑方式,均采用在蹄片轴上或蹄片衬套孔内抹入润滑脂,以实现蹄片轴和蹄片之间的润滑。蹄片衬套和蹄片轴配合面通常为0.02-0.10mm之间的间隙配合,这种润滑方式一方面蹄片轴在插入蹄片衬套孔内必然有润滑脂溢出,造成原料浪费和清洁润滑脂工时;另一方面由于配合面间隙小和采用抹脂方式,造成蹄片轴接触面内储存润滑脂量小和分配不均匀,导致蹄片轴注脂更换服务周期短,并容易发生接触面无润滑脂,蹄片张开或回位不到位,致使整车制动能力减弱,造成整车安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制动器蹄片轴注脂结构,其通过优化蹄片轴内部结构,安装滑脂嘴,达到加脂量多、配合零件表面接触充分和能有效控制脂溢出的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:制动器蹄片轴注脂结构,其特征在于:蹄片轴主体的轴向中心点开有轴向滑脂通道,轴向滑脂通道的端面为密封锥螺纹,蹄片轴主体的中段轴向滑脂通道的径向开有径向滑脂通道,蹄片轴主体上滑脂通道的位置为呈弧形凹槽的溢脂区。
所述的密封锥螺纹为锥形内螺纹、规格为NPT1/8锥螺纹。
本实用新型的积极效果是解决了传统制动器蹄片轴加注脂少、不均和有溢脂三大不足;防止因蹄片润滑不充分锈蚀,造成蹄片张开或回位困难,另外蹄片轴加注脂服务周期至少延长2倍,极大的提高了整车经济性和安全性。

所述的密封锥螺纹2为锥形内螺纹、规格为NPT1/8锥螺纹。

如图2所示,蹄片轴一端旋入滑脂嘴,轴向滑脂通道1为储脂和注脂轴向通道;蹄片轴尾端的密封锥螺纹2用与滑脂嘴外螺纹配合;蹄片轴轴向中部位置径向开有径向滑脂通道3,为储脂和注脂径向通道;蹄片轴上的径向滑脂通道3两端的溢脂区4为内部弧形辐射型溢脂区,滑脂嘴向蹄片轴内单向注脂,反向阻止蹄片轴内润滑脂向外溢出。
