背景技术
目前减速机都是采用蜗轮蜗杆结构,用的减速机轴承最为广泛选用的是单列圆锥滚子轴承或是背对背成对的圆锥滚子轴承,由于隔圈加工精度问题而影响安装精度。因此,在减速机行业比较具有挑战的是轴承应用。在减速机关键部位轴承都会处于重负荷、冲击载荷、高低转速、高温以及高污染的运行环境。减速机设备中的轴承,可以说是减速机的心脏,正是由于这种苛刻的运行环境导致了对高性能轴承的需求。只有高性能的轴承才能够确保减速机在极端恶劣的环境下也能最大限度地连续运转,从而减少停机时间帮助客户降低成本创造价值。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种结构紧凑、安装方便、润滑充分、使用寿命长的用于减速机行业二代圆锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种减速机行业二代圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于,包括内圈、外圈、滚子和保持架,所述的保持架将滚子安装在其兜孔内,并与内圈连接后一并装入外圈的双列滚道内。
所述的外圈为凸缘结构,并设有与内圈连通的加油孔。
所述的内圈设有两个,两个内圈外壁形成背对背滚道结构。
所述的外圈为表面淬火后弹簧钢制作而成的外圈。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、外圈为凸缘结构,并设计有加油孔,使结构更加紧凑,安装方便,润滑充分。
2、两个个内圈外壁形成背对背滚道结构,与保持架组件装配到外圈双列滚道内,解决了单个圆锥轴承背对背因内圈之间的隔圈加工精度问题而影响安装精度。
3、外圈材料采用弹簧钢,表面淬火,可以在冲击、振动或长期交应力下使用提高使用寿命。
4、双列滚子的载荷分布得到改善,从而减少磨损,并延长使用寿命。
5、取代涡轮蜗杆结构减速机,在国内外处于领先地位。产品从设计理论到专向研究都具有独特性、新颖性、创造性和可行性

如圈1所示,一种减速机行业二代圆锥滚子轴承,包括内圈2、外圈1、滚子3和保持架4,所述的保持架3将滚子安装在其兜孔内,并与内圈2连接后一并装入外圈1的双列滚道内。
所述的外圈1为凸缘结构,并设有与内圈2连通的加油孔。所述的内圈2设有两个,两个内圈2外壁形成背对背滚道结构。所述的外圈1为表面淬火后弹簧钢制作而成的外圈。所述的轴承要形成一定的扭矩。
