Abstract

一种雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，该装配结构包括一配件以及至少一宽度调节片；配件具有一配件主体，配件主体的两侧形成有外侧壁，配件主体的一端形成有一雨刷杆止挡机构，配件主体的顶部设有一弹性扣体；宽度调节片选择性地设置于配件的外侧壁上。借此，该装配结构的宽度可由消费者自行调节，以便将雨刷组装于不同规格的雨刷杆。

雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装配结构，尤其涉及一种用于结合雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构。
背景技术
美国专利US 7690074公开一种例如在VW车款常见的雨刷与雨刷杆的装配系统，装配时可将雨刷杆前端开口对准一配件的一端顺向滑入，配件的卡扣会被下压，当雨刷杆滑至定位时，卡扣刚好对应于雨刷杆的卡扣孔，使卡扣向上弹起，达到扣合组设的目的。
然而，雨刷系统日新月异，例如在早期VW车款只采用了标准型的19mm雨刷杆，现在又再度推出了类似款的雨刷杆，但宽度变窄了（16mm），这造成原本在市面上流通的售服件雨刷都无法装配上这支16mm的雨刷杆，因为售服件的雨刷，其上所附的配件，只能支持19mm的雨刷杆，并没有涵盖到16mm的功能。
因此，本发明人有感上述缺陷的可改善性，特潜心研究并配合学理的运用，终于提出一种设计合理且有效改善上述缺陷的本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其宽度可由消费者自行调节，不论消费者的车配备着那种宽度的雨刷杆，都可以顺利的装上配件及雨刷。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，包括：一配件，其具有一配件主体，该配件主体的两侧形成有外侧壁，该配件主体的一端形成有一雨刷杆止挡机构，该配件主体的顶部设有一弹性扣体；以及至少一宽度调节片，其选择性地设置于该配件的外侧壁上。
进一步地，该配件主体的两侧底部位置各设有一凸爪止挡机构，该凸爪止挡机构连接于该雨刷杆止挡机构。
优选地，该弹性扣体设于该配件主体远离该雨刷杆止挡机构的一端。
优选地，该至少一宽度调节片以枢轴机构连接于该配件。
优选地，该至少一宽度调节片与该配件之间设有一易撕压线。
优选地，该至少一宽度调节片连接于该配件主体远离该雨刷杆止挡机构的一端。
本实用新型进一步包括一雨刷杆，该雨刷杆具有内侧壁，该雨刷杆滑接于该配件及该至少一宽度调节片的外侧，该配件的弹性扣体扣接于该雨刷杆的一卡扣孔，该至少一宽度调节片的部分或全部介于该雨刷杆的内侧壁及该配件主体的外侧壁之间。
优选地，该宽度调节片设置有两个。
优选地，该两宽度调节片以一连接片连接，该两宽度调节片选择性地套设于该配件的外侧。
本实用新型具有以下有益的效果：
本实用新型的宽度调节片设置于配件主体的外侧壁时，装配结构整体宽度增加；宽度调节片自配件主体的外侧壁移除时，装配结构整体宽度减少。因此，装配结构的宽度可由消费者自行调节，以便将雨刷组装于不同规格的雨刷杆。

实施例一
请参阅图1至图3，本实用新型提供一种雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，包括一配件1及至少一宽度调节片2，其中的配件1具有适当的连接机构（图中未示），可用来连接雨刷，由于配件1连接雨刷的构造属于公知技术，故不加以赘述。配件1较佳是以塑料材料制成，该配件1具有一配件主体11，配件主体11相对的两侧形成有外侧壁111。
配件主体11的一端形成有一雨刷杆止挡机构12，雨刷杆止挡机构12的宽度及高度大于配件主体11，从而可提供雨刷杆纵向滑入时的挡止功能。
该配件主体11的两侧底部位置各设有一凸爪止挡机构13，凸爪止挡机构13凸出于配件主体11的两侧，在本实施例中，凸爪止挡机构13进一步地连接于雨刷杆止挡机构12，可获得较佳的强度。该凸爪止挡机构13可用于承载雨刷杆的底面。
该配件主体11的顶部设有一弹性扣体14，该弹性扣体14的两侧形成有剖沟141，使弹性扣体14形成弹性臂，可进行弹性的摆动，弹性扣体14较佳是设于配件主体11远离雨刷杆止挡机构12的一端。
宽度调节片2设置的数量可为一个、两个或多个，宽度调节片2可直接或间接的连接于配件1，在本实施例中，设有两个宽度调节片2，两个宽度调节片2各以一枢轴机构21一体成型的连接于配件1，宽度调节片2较佳是连接于配件主体11远离雨刷杆止挡机构12的一端。在本实施例中，宽度调节片2直接地连接于配件1，宽度调节片2选择性地设置于配件主体11的外侧壁111上。
宽度调节片2与配件1之间也可进一步地设有一易撕压线22，以便在宽度调节片2不需使用时，可利用易撕压线22易于将宽度调节片2与配件1撕除分离。易撕压线22较佳是介于枢轴机构21及宽度调节片2之间。
宽度调节片2可利用枢轴机构21作为转动轴心而摆动调节位置，当宽度调节片2向前摆动至定位时，宽度调节片2设置于配件主体11的外侧壁111，装配结构整体宽度增加；当宽度调节片2向后摆至定位时，装配结构整体宽度减少，或是将宽度调节片2移除分离，亦可使装配结构整体宽度减少。
请参阅图4及图5，当本实施例应用于19mm的雨刷杆3时，需将宽度调节片2向前摆动至定位时，宽度调节片2设置于配件主体11的外侧壁111上，使装配结构整体宽度增加。装配时可将雨刷杆3前端开口对准配件1的一端顺向滑入，使雨刷杆3滑接于配件1及宽度调节片2的外侧，此时配件1的弹性扣体14会被下压，当雨刷杆3滑至定位时，弹性扣体14刚好对应于雨刷杆3的卡扣孔31，弹性扣体14可向上弹起，使弹性扣体14扣接于卡扣孔31，完成扣合组设的动作。雨刷杆3具有内侧壁32，宽度调节片2在组设完成后，其部分或全部将介于雨刷杆3的内侧壁32及配件主体11的外侧壁111之间。
请参阅图6及图7，当本实施例应用于16mm的雨刷杆3时，可将宽度调节片2撕除分离，使装配结构整体宽度减少。装配时可将雨刷杆3前端开口对准配件1的一端顺向滑入，使雨刷杆3滑接于配件1的外侧，此时配件1的弹性扣体14会被下压，当雨刷杆3滑至定位时，弹性扣体14刚好对应于雨刷杆3的卡扣孔31，弹性扣体14可向上弹起，使弹性扣体14扣接于卡扣孔31，完成扣合组设的动作。
另外，如图13及图14所示，当宽度调节片2向后摆至定位时，也可以使装配结构整体宽度减少，装配时可将雨刷杆3前端开口对准配件1的一端顺向滑入，配件1的弹性扣体14会被下压，当雨刷杆3滑至定位时，弹性扣体14刚好对应于雨刷杆3的卡扣孔31，使弹性扣体14向上弹起，完成扣合组设的动作，且使宽度调节片2容纳于雨刷杆3内部。
实施例二
请参阅图8，在本实用新型的实施例二中设有两个宽度调节片2，两宽度调节片2以一连接片23连接，两宽度调节片2间接地连接于配件1，亦即两宽度调节片2及连接片23构成一U型套件，可选择性地套设连接于配件1的外侧。当宽度调节片2套设于配件1外侧时，装配结构整体宽度增加；当宽度调节片2自配件1移除时，装配结构整体宽度减少。
请参阅图9及图10，当本实施例应用于19mm的雨刷杆3时，宽度调节片2套设于配件1外侧，使宽度调节片2设置于配件主体11的外侧壁111上，使装配结构整体宽度增加。装配时可将雨刷杆3前端开口对准配件1的一端顺向滑入，配件1的弹性扣体14会被下压，当雨刷杆3滑至定位时，弹性扣体14刚好对应于雨刷杆3的卡扣孔31，使弹性扣体14向上弹起，完成扣合组设的动作。
请参阅图11及图12，当本实施例应用于16mm的雨刷杆3时，可将宽度调节片2拆除分离，使装配结构整体宽度减少。装配时可将雨刷杆3前端开口对准配件1的一端顺向滑入，配件1的弹性扣体14会被下压，当雨刷杆3滑至定位时，弹性扣体14刚好对应于雨刷杆3的卡扣孔31，使弹性扣体14向上弹起，完成扣合组设的动作。
本实用新型雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构的宽度调节片设置于配件主体的外侧壁时，装配结构整体宽度增加；宽度调节片自配件主体的外侧壁移除时，装配结构整体宽度减少。因此装配结构的宽度可由消费者自行调节，以便将雨刷组装于不同规格的雨刷杆。
但是，以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例，非意欲局限本实用新型的保护范围，故凡运用本实用新型说明书及附图内容所做的等效变化，均同理皆包含于本实用新型的保护范围内，特此说明。

Claims (9)

1.一种雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其特征在于，该装配结构包括：
一配件，其具有一配件主体，该配件主体的两侧形成有外侧壁，该配件主体的一端形成有一雨刷杆止挡机构，该配件主体的顶部设有一弹性扣体；以及
至少一宽度调节片，其选择性地设置于该配件的外侧壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其特征在于，该配件主体的两侧底部位置各设有一凸爪止挡机构，该凸爪止挡机构连接于该雨刷杆止挡机构。
3.如权利要求1所述的雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其特征在于，该弹性扣体设于该配件主体远离该雨刷杆止挡机构的一端。
4.如权利要求1所述的雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其特征在于，该至少一宽度调节片以枢轴机构连接于该配件。
5.如权利要求4所述的雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其特征在于，该至少一宽度调节片与该配件之间设有一易撕压线。
6.如权利要求4所述的雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其特征在于，该至少一宽度调节片连接于该配件主体远离该雨刷杆止挡机构的一端。
7.如权利要求1所述的雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其特征在于，进一步包括一雨刷杆，该雨刷杆具有内侧壁，该雨刷杆滑接于该配件及该至少一宽度调节片的外侧，该配件的弹性扣体扣接于该雨刷杆的一卡扣孔，该至少一宽度调节片的部分或全部介于该雨刷杆的内侧壁及该配件主体的外侧壁之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其特征在于，该宽度调节片设置有两个。
9.如权利要求8所述的雨刷与雨刷杆的装配结构，其特征在于，该两宽度调节片以一连接片连接，该两宽度调节片选择性地套设于该配件的外侧。
