Abstract

A powered vehicle for personal transport, including a frame (10); wherein the frame includes a first frame part (14) provided with ground engaging wheels, a second frame part (21) carrying or adapted to carry a seat (12), and a connecting assembly (20) operatively connected between said first and second frame parts and providing for relative movement of the second frame part between an operative first position in which it is spaced above the first frame part for use, and a second position in which it lies closer to the first frame part to reduce the volume occupied by the frame.
