本实用新型涉及一种刹车调整臂。 
背景技术
汽车随着使用,制动鼓与摩擦片之间的间隙随着磨损越来越大,当磨损的间隙超过刹车的临界点就会刹车失灵,需要通过刹车调整臂调整刹车鼓与摩擦片之间的间隙。即通过旋转蜗杆带动涡轮驱动调整轴孔,再通过调整轴孔带动调整轴调整间隙,调整好后通过锁紧螺栓前端的锥状导向头挤压蜗杆上的挤压弹珠,挤压弹珠挤压锁紧弹珠锁紧蜗杆。长时间的使用,可能会造成挤压弹珠松动,导致锁紧弹珠不能完全锁紧蜗杆,可能会使调整轴松动,增大制动鼓与摩擦片之间的间隙,使刹车失灵。 
发明内容
本实用新型为解决现有技术在使用中存在着蜗杆轴调整后锁不紧,间隙产生位移的现象,提供一种可绝对锁紧锁死的双保险刹车调整臂。 
本实用新型解决现有问题的技术方案是:一种刹车调整臂,包括调整臂壳体、调整轴孔、驱动调整轴孔的蜗轮蜗杆及蜗杆轴,所述的蜗杆轴上端设有调节螺母及蜗杆的锁紧装置,所述的蜗杆轴外位于壳体内设置有梅花齿圈,所述的锁紧装置包括锁紧蜗杆的锁紧弹珠、挤压弹珠及与弹珠配合的锁紧螺杆,挤压弹珠设有挤压弹簧,作为改进,所述的锁紧螺杆前端设有挤压锁紧弹珠锁紧蜗杆的圆柱体。 
作为进一步方案,所述的锁紧螺杆末端设有螺母,所述的螺母与调节螺母之间设有垫圈。 
作为进一步方案,所述的螺母与调节螺母之间设有弹簧垫圈。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比较,其有益效果是锁紧螺杆前端的圆柱体挤压弹珠,迫使弹珠锁紧锁死蜗杆,防止调整轴松动,保证刹车有效。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实施案例包括调整臂壳体1、调整轴孔2、驱动调整轴孔2的蜗轮、蜗杆、蜗杆轴3及密封圈,调整轴孔2内设有调整轴,蜗杆轴3上端设有调节螺母31及蜗杆的锁紧装置即蜗杆轴3的锁紧装置,蜗杆轴3外位于壳体1内设置有梅花齿圈32,锁紧装置包括锁紧蜗杆轴3的锁紧弹珠4、挤压弹珠41及与弹珠两配合的锁紧螺杆5,挤压弹珠41设有挤压弹簧,锁紧螺杆5前端设有挤压锁紧弹珠4锁紧蜗杆轴3的圆柱体51,锁紧螺杆5末端设有螺母6,螺母6与调节螺母31之间设有垫圈7,垫圈7为弹簧垫圈。 
本实施案例使用时,松开锁紧螺杆5,即可通过旋转蜗杆轴3,挤压弹珠41在挤压弹簧作用下挤压锁紧弹珠4,使其始终锁紧蜗杆轴3,刹车不会产生间隙,而在外力的作用下,旋转蜗杆轴3,使锁紧弹珠4向内挤压,并压迫弹性挤压弹珠41下行,即通过调节螺母31旋转调整刹车间隙。

1.一种刹车调整臂,包括调整臂壳体、调整轴孔、驱动调整轴孔的蜗轮蜗杆及蜗杆轴,所述的蜗杆轴上端设有调节螺母及蜗杆的锁紧装置,所述的蜗杆轴外位于壳体内设置有梅花齿圈,所述的锁紧装置包括锁紧蜗杆的锁紧弹珠、挤压弹珠及与弹珠配合的锁紧螺杆,挤压弹珠设有挤压弹簧,其特征在于:所述的锁紧螺杆前端设有挤压锁紧弹珠锁紧蜗杆的圆柱体。
2. 如权利要求1所述的刹车调整臂,其特征在于:所述的锁紧螺杆末端设有螺母,所述的螺母与调节螺母之间设有垫圈。
3.如权利要求2所述的刹车调整臂,其特征在于:所述的螺母与调节螺母之间设有弹簧垫圈。
