背景技术
目前,线切割机在加工中只能做单一的切割,对几何形状不能冲孔穿丝,如需穿孔还要借助穿孔机来完成,尤其是对大工件的加工,搬运困难不说,很难保证产品的精度和质量。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种简单实用、方便快捷的数控冲割机床,其技术方案为:一种数控冲割机床,下线架在上拖板的上方,上拖板与中拖板平行,上线架臂的一侧设有穿孔机机头,所述穿孔机机头的下端与上线架的下端相平,且与立柱处于上线架的同一侧,所述穿孔机机头为一整体结构,它的上方一侧设有步进电机,所述步进电机通过齿轮与丝杠相连接,所述丝杠与丝母相配合,滑块用螺丝固定在丝母上,下端连有穿孔头,穿孔咀轴固定在滑块上,中拖板下方设有床身。本实用新型为数控自动三轴联动机床,可一次装夹完成冲孔和切割,可以进行群孔布设和立体艺术加工,产品精度和质量高。

具体实施方式
如图所示,数控冲割机床,下线架8在上拖板10的上方,上拖板10与中拖板11平行,上线架7臂的一侧设有穿孔机机头1,穿孔机机头1的下端与上线架7的下端相平,且与立柱9处于上线架7的同一侧,穿孔机机头1 为一整体结构,它的上方一侧设有步进电机2,步进电机2通过齿轮与丝杠3相连接,丝杠3与丝母相配合,滑块4用螺丝固定在丝母上,下端连有穿孔头6,穿孔咀轴5固定在滑块4上,中拖板11下方设有床身12,穿孔机机头1采用数控装置进行控制。上拖板10上设有绝缘支架,加工时工件置于绝缘支架上,穿孔机机头1和线切割采用同一高频电源轮换作业,工作时通过功能转换开关进行切换,通过预先编制好的电脑程序进行控制,冲孔程序的编制可在线切割程序编制栏的U、V两轴上任意设置。线切割在预先编制好的程序控制下工作时,上拖板10沿X轴方向运动,中拖板11沿Y轴方向运动,穿过导轮孔的钼丝在电机的带动下做高速运动,进行电火花切割,高压管中喷出的乳化液有助于排屑,并具有润滑保护钼丝的作用。

1.一种数控冲割机床,其特征在于:下线架(8)在上拖板(10)的上方,上拖板(10)与中拖板(11)平行,上线架(7)臂的一侧设有穿孔机机头(1),所述穿孔机机头(1)的下端与上线架(7)的下端相平,且与立柱(9)处于上线架(7)的同一侧,所述穿孔机机头(1)为一整体结构,它的上方一侧设有步进电机(2),所述步进电机(2)通过齿轮与丝杠(3)相连接,所述丝杠(3)与丝母相配合,滑块(4)用螺丝固定在丝母上,下端连有穿孔头(6),穿孔咀轴(5)固定在滑块(4)上,中拖板(11)下方设有床身(12)。
