Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种防水集装箱后门槛，塑料门槛与钢制门槛的角部连接部位由弹性胶条弹性密封。本实用新型所公开的防水集装箱后门槛，塑料门槛与钢制门槛的角部连接部位由密封胶密封变更为弹性胶条弹性密封，并且塑料门槛在与钢制门槛的接触面上增加一加宽密封宽度的密封胶槽，可以有效提高集装箱后门槛的防水性能，延长集装箱的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种后门槛，具体的说涉及一种用于集装箱的新型防水结构后门槛。
背景技术
如图1所示，目前在集装箱的后门槛结构中普遍采用密封胶进行密封。在实际使用过程中，后门槛频繁的被叉车等装卸工具碾压，从而产生较大变形，造成密封胶与连接面分离及铝型材与塑料垫块分离，丧失防水功能。当水等液体渗入后门槛，就会造成钢材的腐蚀，进而对结构强度产生破坏，降低了集装箱的使用寿命。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种用于集装箱的新型防水结构后门槛。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种防水集装箱后门槛，塑料门槛与钢制门槛的角部连接部位由弹性胶条弹性密封。
进一步的，所述的弹性胶条为闭孔发泡EPDM橡胶条或者PVC塑料条。
进一步的，塑料门槛在与钢制门槛的接触面上增加一加宽密封宽度的密封胶槽。

实施例1，如图2，图3所示，本实施例公开了一种防水集装箱后门槛，塑料门槛2与钢制门槛1的角部连接部位由弹性胶条4弹性密封。所述的弹性胶条为闭孔发泡EPDM橡胶条或者PVC塑料条。塑料门槛在与钢制门槛的接触面上增加一加宽密封宽度的密封胶槽3。
本实施例所公开的防水集装箱后门槛，塑料门槛与钢制门槛的角部连接部位由密封胶密封变更为弹性胶条弹性密封，并且塑料门槛在与钢制门槛的接触面上增加一加宽密封宽度的密封胶槽，可以有效提高集装箱后门槛的防水性能，延长集装箱的使用寿命。

1.一种防水集装箱后门槛，其特征在于：塑料门槛与钢制门槛的角部连接部位由弹性胶条弹性密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水集装箱后门槛，其特征在于：所述的弹性胶条为闭孔发泡EPDM橡胶条或者PVC塑料条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水集装箱后门槛，其特征在于：塑料门槛在与钢制门槛的接触面上增加一加宽密封宽度的密封胶槽。
