Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于船舶的水密门密封胶条。
背景技术
船舶用的水密门对其密封性能有相对较高的要求，而密封胶条的性能直接影响水密门的密封性能。目前，用于船舶的水密门的密封胶条虽然多种多样，形式各异，但其密封功能都是利用门板与门框作用于密封胶条的压力实现密封，增加门板与门框作用于密封胶条的压力虽然能够相对提高密封性能，但会影响门的结构、重量和门的启闭灵活性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题，提供一种在保证门的启闭灵活性能的同时，有效提高门的密封性能的水密门密封胶条。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：一种水密门密封胶条，该密封胶条的截面形状由同一轴线的的矩形部分和月牙形部分组成，所述月牙形部分的凸弧边侧与所述的矩形部分相连接。
进一步，所述月牙形部分的凸弧边与所述矩形部分的连接边通过对称设置的一对内凹圆弧过渡连接。
本水密门密封胶条采用矩形和月牙形组合截面形式，该密封胶条使用时，矩形截面部分镶嵌在门板上的密封条嵌槽内，月牙形截面部分在门关闭时夹在门板与门框之间，通过门板与门框作用于密封胶条的压力实现密封。当门受到的外部压力增加时，该压力作用到密封胶条月牙形截面部分的凸弧面侧，使密封胶条月牙形截面部分的凹弧面侧与门框的配合更加紧密，即随着门外部压力的增加，密封胶条的密封性能提高。因此，本水密门密封胶条在保证门的启闭灵活性能的同时，能够有效提高门的密封性能。
本水密门密封胶条的月牙形部分与矩形部分通过对称设置的一对内凹圆弧过渡连接，既增加了密封胶条月牙形截面部分受外部压力作用的面积，同时也增加了该月牙形截面部分的柔韧性，有利于提高密封胶条的密封性能。
本水密门密封胶条与门框的配合面设置成凹弧面，也利于提高密封胶条的密封性能。

1.一种水密门密封胶条，其特征是：该密封胶条的截面形状由同一轴线的矩形部分（1）和月牙形部分（2）组成，所述月牙形部分（2）的凸弧边侧与所述的矩形部分（1）相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水密门密封胶条，其特征是：所述月牙形部分（2）的凸弧边与所述矩形部分（1）的连接边通过对称设置的一对内凹圆弧（3）过渡连接。
