本实用新型公开了新型铅蓄电池板栅,包括板栅边框,所述板栅边框上设有极耳,所述板栅边框内设有板栅本体,所述板栅本体内设有若干主横筋和主斜筋,所述板栅本体内还设有若干个圆形栅格,结构简单,在降低板栅重量的同时增加了板栅筋条所占据的空间,同时提高了电池的使用容量,通过圆形排列组成的栅格,提高了活性物质的填涂量,有效缩短了电流的传输距离,可增加板栅的导电性能,通过圆形孔可使极耳群组焊接效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅蓄电池的板栅,尤其涉及一种专用于额定容量小于20Ah铅蓄电池的高导电性板栅。
背景技术
目前,小容量铅蓄电池的的传统板栅长宽都在55±10mm×35±10mm之间,单格极板数量一般为10-15片,采用长方形网格状,板栅筋条纵横交织,但这种板栅抗蠕变性差,同时极耳内阻较大,不利用电流的传输,从而制约了铅蓄电池的综合电性,随着市场上对小容量铅蓄电池的高导电、长寿命等要求,这种板栅的设计问题亟待改变。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有高导电性、重量低、极板片数较少的板栅。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供的新型铅蓄电池板栅,包括板栅边框,所述板栅边框上设有极耳,所述板栅边框内设有板栅本体,所述板栅本体内设有若干主横筋和主斜筋,所述板栅本体内还设有若干个圆形栅格。
优选的,板栅边框为矩形,长60-65mm,宽40-45mm。
优选的,圆形栅格的直径为6-8mm。
优选的,极耳处上设有圆形孔。
本发明的有益效果在于:结构简单,在降低板栅重量的同时增加了板栅筋条所占据的空间,同时提高了电池的使用容量,通过圆形排列组成的栅格,提高了活性物质的填涂量,有效缩短了电流的传输距离,可增加板栅的导电性能,通过圆形孔可使极耳群组焊接效果更好。

参见图1,新型铅蓄电池板栅,包括板栅边框1,所述板栅边框1上设有极耳2,所述板栅边框1内设有板栅本体3,所述板栅本体3内设有若干主横筋4和主斜筋5,所述板栅本体内还设有若干个圆形栅格6,所述板栅边框1为矩形,长60-65mm,宽40-45mm,所述圆形栅格6的直径为6-8mm,所述极耳2上设有圆形孔7。
采用上述技术方案,结构简单,在降低板栅重量的同时增加了板栅筋条所占据的空间,同时提高了电池的使用容量,通过圆形排列组成的栅格,提高了活性物质的填涂量,有效缩短了电流的传输距离,可增加板栅的导电性能,通过圆形孔可使极耳群组焊接效果更好。

1.新型铅蓄电池板栅,包括板栅边框,所述板栅边框上设有极耳,所述板栅边框内设有板栅本体,所述板栅本体内设有若干主横筋和主斜筋,其特征在于:所述板栅本体内还设有若干个圆形栅格。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型铅蓄电池板栅,其特征在于:所述板栅边框为矩形,长60-65mm,宽40-45mm。
