背景技术
目前电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池在极板制造中,板栅的设计大都为横向长方形网格,板栅筋条横筋多,竖筋少。普通长方形网格的板栅的筋条都是以横筋与竖筋相交的模式,使得板栅骨架易遭到破坏,板栅的抗蠕变性能差,同时由于板栅都是偏极耳,长方形网格的板栅内阻较大,不利于电流的传输,从而使得电池的大电流及综合电性能受到了一定的制约。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种斜拉式板栅,抗蠕变性能好,能够有效地提高电流的传输效率,从而提高蓄电池的综合电性能,延长蓄电池的使用寿命。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:一种斜拉式板栅,包括板栅边框、设在板栅边框内相交的竖筋和横筋,所述板栅边框的顶部设有偏极耳,所述竖筋和横筋相交形成若干网格,所述若干网格的对角线上均设有方向一致的朝向偏极耳的斜拉筋。
作为优选,所述竖筋和横筋相交形成若干14mm×14mm的正方型网格。
作为优选,所述网格上与斜拉筋的连接处设有半径为0.2~0.3mm的圆角。便于板栅的浇铸,增强了连接处的拉伸强度。
