本实用新型涉及电机安装，尤其涉及一种电机座。
背景技术
电机固定是为了防止电机在高速转动过程中由联轴器连接的两个轴的轴线如果不同心，轴会在高速转动下变形，会加大轴与轴承间的摩擦力使得设备温度升高，这样的话会对设备的安全运行和使用寿命产生不良影响，而且容易烧电机。再一个就是电机运行过程中会产生过大的振动，也是很危险的，基础稳定牢靠是所有大型传动和电动设备都必须满足的要求，也就是说在设备投运前，必须将电机进行固定，因此提供一种安全可靠的电机固定座是十分必要的。

本实用新型解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，固定可靠的电机座。
为达此目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种电机座，包括电机固定板，所述电机固定板为正方形板状结构，所述电机固定板三面向上延伸形成侧护板，所述电机固定板几何中心处设置有电机安装孔，所述电机安装孔四周布置有电机固定孔，所述电机安装孔位于侧护板内部；
所述三面侧护板中相对的两侧分别向外侧延伸形成电机座固定平台，所述电机座固定平台上设置有电机座安装孔和定位销孔。
进一步的，所述电机固定孔为四个螺栓孔分布在电机固定板四角。
进一步的，所述电机座固定平台两端中线上分别设置有一个定位销孔，所述定位销孔两侧对称的布置有电机座安装孔。
进一步的，所述电机固定板、三面的侧板以及电机座固定平台为一体结构。
本实用新型的有益效果为：结构简单、固定可靠，电机安装后能够有效的减少电机振动，以及由电机振动产生的电机位移，有效的保证了电机设备的安全运行，延长设备使用寿命。

如图1～3所示，于本实施例中，本实用新型所述的一种电机座，包括电机固定板1，所述电机固定板1为正方形板状结构，所述电机固定板1三面向上延伸形成侧护板，所述三面侧护板中相对的两侧分别向外侧延伸形成电机座固定平台，所述电机座固定平台上设置有电机座安装孔4和定位销孔5；
所述电机固定板几何中心处设置有电机安装孔2，所述电机安装孔2四周布置有电机固定孔3，所述电机固定孔3为四个螺栓孔，分布在电机固定板1四角；所述电机安装孔2位于侧护板内部；
所述电机座固定平台两端中线上分别设置有一个定位销孔5，用于将电机座固定到机床上，所述定位销孔5两侧对称的布置有两个螺纹孔作为电机座安装孔4；所述电机固定板1、三面的侧板以及电机座固定平台为一体结构。
将电机装入电机安装孔2，通过电机固定孔3以及螺栓固定，在电机四周有三面设置有侧板，使电机座整体更加牢固，固定更加可靠，同时一侧为开放式结构，便于电机散热；电机安装完成后通过定位销定位将电机座固定在机床上。

1.一种电机座，其特征在于，包括电机固定板，所述电机固定板为正方形板状结构，所述电机固定板三面向上延伸形成侧护板，所述电机固定板几何中心处设置有电机安装孔，所述电机安装孔四周布置有电机固定孔，所述电机安装孔位于侧护板内部；
所述三面侧护板中相对的两侧分别向外侧延伸形成电机座固定平台，所述电机座固定平台上设置有电机座安装孔和定位销孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机座，其特征在于，所述电机固定孔为四个螺栓孔分布在电机固定板四角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电机座，其特征在于，所述电机座固定平台两端中线上分别设置有一个定位销孔，所述定位销孔两侧对称的布置有电机座安装孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电机座，其特征在于，所述电机固定板、三面的侧板以及电机座固定平台为一体结构。
