本实用新型涉及一种减震器,具体涉及一种后减震器。
背景技术
现有的用于摩托车、电动车及自行车的后减震器,将上下连接零部件均设计于减震器的两端轴心线上。这种结构的后减震器,在车架空间受限的前提下,不能为车辆和减震器提供更大的行程,限制了设计人员的发挥,难以为摩托车、电动车及自行车提供更高的舒适感。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种后减震器,它可以在车架空间受限的前提下使减震器较大的运动行程。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型后减震器的技术解决方案为:
包括阻尼器,阻尼器连接阻尼器油缸,阻尼器油缸上套设有减震弹簧;阻尼器连接减震弹簧的一端,减震弹簧的另一端连接上接头;阻尼器的一侧设置有偏心安装孔,偏心安装孔位于减震器轴心线的外侧。
所述减震弹簧的长度大于阻尼器油缸的缸体长度。
所述上接头连接阻尼器油缸的活塞杆的一端,活塞杆的该端设置有缓冲橡胶块。

如图1所示,本实用新型后减震器,包括阻尼器1,阻尼器1连接阻尼器油缸,阻尼器油缸上套设有减震弹簧2,减震弹簧2的长度大于阻尼器油缸的缸体长度;
阻尼器1连接减震弹簧2的一端,减震弹簧2的另一端连接上接头5;上接头5通过螺母4连接阻尼器油缸的活塞杆的一端,活塞杆的该端设置有缓冲橡胶块3;
上接头5通过橡胶衬套6连接套管7;
阻尼器1的一侧设置有偏心安装孔11,偏心安装孔11位于减震器轴心线的外侧;偏心安装孔11用于安装减震器一端的连接部件。
本实用新型适用于摩托车、电动车和自行车。

1.一种后减震器,其特征在于:包括阻尼器,阻尼器连接阻尼器油缸,阻尼器油缸上套设有减震弹簧;阻尼器连接减震弹簧的一端,减震弹簧的另一端连接上接头;阻尼器的一侧设置有偏心安装孔,偏心安装孔位于减震器轴心线的外侧。
