Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及发泡板材的生产机械领域，具体地说是一种对发泡机原材料在输料管运送过程中进行余料暂存的装置。
背景技术
传统的发泡机都是由进料筒将原料通过输料管直接输入发泡室的，其缺点是，由于进料筒的供料速度大于发泡室的需求，致使部分原料外溢造成浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决发泡机进料筒供料速度大于发泡室的需求，造成部分原料外溢浪费的问题，设计一种发泡机余料暂存的装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种发泡机供料暂存装置，其特殊之处是，在一活塞杆的前段装有存料筒，活塞杆的后段装有液压缸，液压缸的后部留有液压腔，液压缸后盖上留有液压孔，液压缸的前端与存料筒的后端由连接螺栓联接成一体状。装配时，将本实用新型存料筒的前端与发泡机进料装置联接，进料装置的另一侧联接输料管，进料装置、输料管、存料筒形成三通状。
工作时，当进料装置供料过急时，输料管上的控制阀自动关闭，原料便换向侵入存料筒，压迫活塞杆后退；当发泡室需料时，液压系统自动启动，通过液压孔向液压腔加压推动活塞杆前进，将存料筒内的原料送回输料管。
本实用新型的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种稳定可靠，能够保证发泡机持续生产的进料输送暂存装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例，对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图所示，在一活塞杆2的前段装有存料筒1，活塞杆2的后段装有液压缸4，液压缸4的后部留有液压腔5，液压缸后盖7上留有液压孔6，液压缸4的前端与存料筒1的后端由连接螺栓3联接成一体状。装配时，将本实用新型存料筒1的前端与发泡机进料装置8联接，进料装置8的另一侧联接输料管9，进料装置8、输料管9、存料筒1形成三通状。
工作时，当进料装置8供料过急时，输料管9上的控制阀10自动关闭，原料便换向侵入存料筒1，压迫活塞杆2后退；当发泡室需料时，液压系统自动启动，通过液压孔6向液压腔5加压推动活塞杆2前进，将存料筒1内的原料送回输料管9。
