背景技术：
现在大多说的工业厂房采用钢结构，钢结构厂房中大量使用H型钢结构柱，对于一些重型设置制造企业的厂房用的H型钢结构柱，其长度超长，重量超重，有的柱节达37米长、25吨重。对于超长超重的H型钢结构柱，在起吊时采用双机抬吊，传统吊装技术为柱头钢丝绳捆绑吊装或者焊吊耳吊装。钢丝绳捆绑吊装易产生与钢柱基础杯口中心线偏差大等现象，焊吊耳吊装钢柱时，每根钢柱须提前焊接吊耳费时费工，分项吊装工期无法保证且安全系数较低。

综上所述，为了克服现有技术问题的不足，本实用新型提供了一种H型钢结构柱吊装用板卡，它是设置两块卡板，两块卡板分别从两侧卡住H型钢结构柱的端板，然后将吊钩钩挂在两块卡板上设置的吊孔，即可实现对H型钢结构柱的吊装锁紧工作，整个过程只需要3~5分钟，省时省工，安全方便。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种H型钢结构柱吊装用板卡，其中：包括左卡板、右卡板及吊钩，左卡板与右卡板结构对称，左卡板上设置有左卡槽及左吊孔，右卡板上设置有右卡槽及右吊孔，左卡槽从H型钢结构柱的左侧卡住结构柱端板，右卡槽从H型钢结构柱的右侧卡住结构柱端板，左吊孔与右吊孔重叠，吊钩穿装在左吊孔及右吊孔内。
进一步，所述的左卡板及右卡板的厚度为至少40mm。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种H型钢结构柱吊装用板卡，包括左卡板1、右卡板6及吊钩8，左卡板1及右卡板6的厚度均为40mm，左卡板1与右卡板6结构对称，左卡板1上设置有左卡槽2及左吊孔3，右卡板6上设置有右卡槽5及右吊孔4，左卡槽2从H型钢结构柱的左侧卡住结构柱端板7，右卡槽5从H型钢结构柱的右侧卡住结构柱端板7，左吊孔3与右吊孔4重叠，吊钩8穿装在左吊孔3及右吊孔4内。
将左卡槽2从H型钢结构柱的左侧卡住结构柱端板7，右卡槽5从H型钢结构柱的右侧卡住结构柱端板7，然后将吊钩8从左吊孔3及右吊孔4穿过即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的H型钢结构柱吊装用板卡，其特征在于：所述的左卡板（1）及右卡板（6）的厚度为至少40mm。
