本实用新型涉及一种竹席强化复合地板。
背景技术
现有技术中的木地板基材易受潮膨胀,干燥收缩起拱,导热性能不良且易干裂,耐水、耐潮湿性能较差等缺点,针对上述缺点本实用新型提供了一种竹席强化复合地板以有效改善上述缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种竹席强化复合地板,基层采用竹蔑纵横交错织拼后层压,中间层为高密度纤维板,面层为浸渍纸层。基层与中间层热压胶合。基层镶嵌在中间层内。
地板的生产工艺是,采用竹蔑席与高密度纤维板热压胶合的方法,再对板材进行开槽着色上漆而成。具体做法是,将竹蔑纵横交错织拼,再利用水溶性改性环保胶浸渍,采取高温层压而成基层,参数是,单位压力28公斤/cm2,温度135℃-145℃,时长12-13分钟,热压机工作压力为0.5兆帕(mpa),竹蔑基层厚度;5-15mm,再利用此基层与高密度纤维板(1.8mm-4.2mm)、浸渍纸进行热压胶合,单位压力20公斤/Cm2,温度100℃-120℃,时长10-12分钟,压机工作压力为0.22兆帕(mpa),并在完成热压时间后,再将热压机温度从高点冷却至30℃±5℃对板材进行冷却,时长10分钟,板材退出压机后,放入平衡房中自然定性15天以上,再进行胚料成型加工。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
a、稳定性好,多层纵横交错织拼竹蔑席有效克服了地板基材易受潮膨胀,干燥收缩起拱的缺点。
b、地板面部利用浸渍纸层压木质地板的硬度与强度特点,增加了地板的耐磨、耐刮擦和抗冲击强度。
c、有效解决了地板在北方供暖条件下,导热性能不良且易干裂的缺点,导热比与常规地板相比提高20%以上。同时,又有利于南方潮湿气候的地面铺装。
d、耐水性较其他地板有了显著改善,易于打理。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细说明竹席强化复合地板的结构,基层(1)采用竹蔑纵横交错织拼后层压,中间层(2)为高密度纤维板,面层(3)为浸渍纸层。基层与中间层采用热压胶合或者镶嵌结合热压胶合的结合方式。浸渍纸层可以是三聚氰胺树脂木纹浸渍纸,其上热压耐磨层;也可以是三氧化二铝耐磨浸渍纸。

2.如权利要求1所述的地板,其特征在于,基层与中间层热压胶合。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的地板,其特征在于,基层镶嵌在中间层内。
