Abstract
本技术提供一种提高小径材和枝桠材的利用率,改善普通重组木的性能,使之具有更好的强度且甲醛释放量低的杨木重组木的制备方法,它包括下述步骤:将杨木小径材或枝桠材碾压成在纤维长度方向不被破坏、在垂直于纤维长度方向上纤维松散而交错相连的松散网状片材单元;将松散网状片材单元置于酚醛树脂池中浸渍后,晾置并低温干燥至含水率15%左右,在155‑165℃进行热压成密度不同的松散网状片材单元;以至少三层不同密度的松散网状片材单元组坯,相邻两层之间附上胶膜纸,热压成型即得;组坯时,从表层到芯层和从底层到芯层各层密度逐渐减小,或者从表层到底层各层密度逐渐减小。
Description
技术领域
本技术涉及建筑用材领域,具体地说,是一种可以作为结构材使用的杨木重组木。
背景技术
当前,木材资源的高速利用使得木质资源尤其是优质的木质资源严重短缺,为了节约用材和合理用材,通常小径材和枝桠材作为原料进行生产,目前对于小径材和枝桠材的利用主要是将木材通过粉碎加工成刨花,或者通过热磨加工成纤维状态,在生产过程中破坏了木材原有的结构,重组后的人造木材通常在力学承载性能上常常呈现脆性。
技术内容
本技术的目的是提供一种杨木重组木,它具有较高的弹性模量和静曲强度,且甲醛释放量低,可以用于木结构梁、建筑承重等用途。
本技术所述的杨木重组木,具有相胶合的至少3层杨木松散网状片材单元,松散网状片材单元在纤维长度方向不被破坏、在垂直于纤维长度方向上纤维松散而交错相连;从表层到芯层和从底层到芯层,各层密度逐渐减小,或者,从表层到底层,各层密度逐渐减小。
上述的杨木重组木,所述每层松散网状片材单元是由小径材或枝桠材碾压而成。
上述的杨木重组木,相邻松散网状片材单元之间通过热熔后的胶膜纸胶合。
上述的杨木重组木,各层松散网状片材单元是浸渍酚醛树脂并压缩而成的松散网状片材单元。
上述的杨木重组木,它具有5层松散网状片材单元,从上到下,各层密度依次为1.3、1.1、0.9、1.1、1.3g/cm3。
上述的杨木重组木,它具有5层松散网状片材单元,从上到下,各层密度依次为1.3、1.2、1.1、1.0、0.9g/cm3。
本技术同时提供了一种提高小径材和枝桠材的利用率,改善普通重组木的性能,使之具有更好的强度且甲醛释放量低的杨木重组木的制备方法。
本技术所述杨木重组木的制备方法,包括下述步骤:将杨木小径材或枝桠材碾压成在纤维长度方向不被破坏、在垂直于纤维长度方向上纤维松散而交错相连的松散网状片材单元;将松散网状片材单元置于酚醛树脂池中浸渍后,晾置并低温干燥至含水率15%左右,在155-165℃进行热压成密度不同的松散网状片材单元;以至少三层不同密度的松散网状片材单元组坯,相邻两层之间附上胶膜纸,热压成型即得;组坯时,从表层到芯层和从底层到芯层各层密度逐渐减小,或者从表层到底层各层密度逐渐减小。
上述的杨木重组木的制备方法,热压成型后的松散网状片材单元密度为1.3,1.2,1.1,1.0或者0.9g/cm3。
本技术的有益效果:
为了提升人造木材的弹性模量和静曲强度,使之能够更好的替代木材应用于建筑材料中去,本技术采用将木材碾压后的松散网状片材单元尤其是小径材和枝桠材碾压后的松散网状片材单元胶合。松散网状片材单元中原有木材纤维方向不会产生破坏,可以最大可能的保持木材原有的特性,此外,通过仿生结构如竹材表面致密而芯层中空这样的具有密度梯度的复合结构可以提升材料的承载性能,本技术采用密度梯度复合的方式,即将最终的重组木材分成多层,如三层、四层、五层……等,通过预制密度层的方式,将每层的松散网状片材单元通过浸渍胶粘剂预压缩成型制作设置梯度,然后再通过胶膜纸进行复合,由于二次胶合时需要的压力较小,因此,还能保持之前的梯度复合结构。这种成型结构一方面可以几乎完全的利用了木材,另一方面,也增强了复合木材的强度,可以作为结构材使用,同时降低了产品的游离甲醛含量。

具体实施方式
将杨木枝桠材或小径材通过碾压揉搓的方式进行原料疏解得到松散网状片材单元,疏解过程中木材纤维方向尽可能不破坏,在垂直于纤维长度方向上纤维松散而交错相连。
将松散网状片材单元置于酚醛树脂池中浸渍30min后,晾置并低温干燥至含水率15%左右,在160℃进行热压成三种密度约为1.3,1.2,1.1,1.0和0.9g/cm3的松散网状片材单元1、2、3、4、5。热压时,可以是把(热压前)同等厚度的松散网状片材单元压制为不同厚度不同密度的松散网状片材单元,也可以是把(热压前)不同厚度的松散网状片材单元压制为厚度相等密度不同的松散网状片材单元。然后把热压成型后的松散网状片材单元通过砂光机砂光后,必要时松散网状片材单元喷涂亲和剂,附上胶膜纸6或采用其他等效的胶粘剂热压成型,进行二次胶接,得到一种多层、具有密度梯度渐变结构的杨木重组木。
本杨木重组木中每层松散网状片材单元为具有不同密度的碾压浸渍木材,即表层密度较高,而芯层密度较低(参见图1),或表层密度较高,底层密度较低(参见图2)。
图1、2所示的5层的杨木重组木的性能参数见下表。

为了改善木材原有结构遭到破坏后导致的脆性,提升人造木材的弹性模量和静曲强度,使之能够更好的替代木材应用于建筑材料中去,本技术采用将小径材和枝桠材碾压的方式,这种方式仅仅使得木材被压溃,但不会使得原有木材纤维方向产生破坏,换句话说,可以最大可能的保持木材原有的特性,此外,通过仿生结构如竹材表面致密而芯层中空这样的具有密度梯度的复合结构可以提升材料的承载性能,本技术采用密度梯度复合的方式,即将最终的重组木材分成多层,如三层、四层、五层……等,通过预制密度层的方式,将每层的碾压木材通过浸渍胶粘剂预压缩成型,制作设置梯度,然后再通过胶膜纸进行复合,由于二次胶合时需要的压力较小,因此,还能保持之前的梯度复合结构。这种成型方式一方面可以几乎完全的利用了木材,另一方面,也增强了复合木材的强度,可以作为结构材使用。本技术的提高木材的利用率,改善普通重组木的性能,使之具有更好的强度。
Claims (3)
1.一种应用于结构材的杨木重组木,具有相胶合的至少3层杨木松散网状片材单元,松散网状片材单元在纤维长度方向不被破坏、在垂直于纤维长度方向上纤维松散而交错相连;其特征在于:从表层到底层,各层密度逐渐减小;相邻松散网状片材单元之间通过热熔后的胶膜纸胶合;各层松散网状片材单元是浸渍酚醛树脂并压缩而成的松散网状片材单元;它具有5层松散网状片材单元,从上到下,各层密度依次为1.3、1.2、1.1、1.0、0.9g/cm3;
该种杨木重组木的制备方法,它包括下述步骤:将杨木小径材或枝桠材碾压成在纤维长度方向不被破坏、在垂直于纤维长度方向上纤维松散而交错相连的松散网状片材单元;将松散网状片材单元置于酚醛树脂池中浸渍后,晾置并低温干燥至含水率15%左右,在155-165℃进行热压成密度不同的松散网状片材单元;以至少三层不同密度的松散网状片材单元组坯,相邻两层之间附上胶膜纸,热压成型即得;组坯时,从表层到底层各层密度逐渐减小。
2.如权利要求1所述的杨木重组木,其特征在于:所述每层松散网状片材单元是由小径材或枝桠材碾压而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的杨木重组木,其特征是:热压成型后的松散网状片材单元密度为1.3,1.2,1.1,1.0或者0.9g/cm3。
