本实用新型公开了一种钢筋端部套丝机，包括机架：机架上端安装有一对导轨，导轨之间滑动安装有一活动平台，活动平台上端安装有一固定导向管，固定导向管上端壁上开有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内安装有压紧螺栓，压紧螺栓上端安装有把手；导轨后端安装有一固定座，固定座中部安装有转轴，转轴前端安装有外螺纹刀，转轴后端设置有皮带轮，皮带轮通过皮带连接到安装在机架下端的电机；活动平台前端安装有推进杆，推进杆连接到液压推进装置，其推进速度可调；导轨内侧开有滑槽，所述活动平台两侧边设置有凸起块伸入滑槽内。本实用新型通过在机架上安装活动平台，活动平台上安装固定钢筋装置，并在平台后端安装转动的外螺纹刀的结构，能够自动将钢筋端部加工出外螺纹，且平台推进速度和电机转速均可调，加工出的外螺纹稳定性一致性高，大大提高了生产效率。

技术领域：
    本实用新型涉及钢结构领域，尤其涉及一种钢筋端部套丝机。
背景技术：
    钢结构中需要用到多种钢筋，为了连接方便很多钢筋的端头处需要加工出外螺纹，以往没有专用设备来加工，是工人使用车床上安装外螺纹刀具，再手动将钢筋插入来加工外螺纹，由于是用手来控制钢筋，其稳定性和一致性都较差，且容易加工出残次品。因此设想提供一种设备来解决这一问题。
实用新型内容：
    本实用新型的目的就是提供一种钢筋端部套丝机，解决钢结构中需要用到多种钢筋，为了连接方便很多钢筋的端头处需要加工出外螺纹，以往没有专用设备来加工，是工人使用车床上安装外螺纹刀具，再手动将钢筋插入来加工外螺纹，由于是用手来控制钢筋，其稳定性和一致性都较差，且容易加工出残次品的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种钢筋端部套丝机，包括机架：机架上端安装有一对导轨，导轨之间滑动安装有一活动平台，活动平台上端安装有一固定导向管，固定导向管上端壁上开有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内安装有压紧螺栓，压紧螺栓上端安装有把手；导轨后端安装有一固定座，固定座中部安装有转轴，转轴前端安装有外螺纹刀，转轴后端设置有皮带轮，皮带轮通过皮带连接到安装在机架下端的电机。
所述活动平台前端安装有推进杆，推进杆连接到液压推进装置，其推进速度可调。
所述导轨内侧开有滑槽，所述活动平台两侧边设置有凸起块伸入滑槽内。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果在于：
本实用新型通过在机架上安装活动平台，活动平台上安装固定钢筋装置，并在平台后端安装转动的外螺纹刀的结构，能够自动将钢筋端部加工出外螺纹，且平台推进速度和电机转速均可调，加工出的外螺纹稳定性一致性高，大大提高了生产效率。

一种钢筋端部套丝机，包括机架1：机架1上端安装有一对导轨2，导轨2之间滑动安装有一活动平台3，活动平台3上端安装有一固定导向管4，固定导向管4上端壁上开有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内安装有压紧螺栓5，压紧螺栓5上端安装有把手6；导轨2后端安装有一固定座7，固定座7中部安装有转轴8，转轴8前端安装有外螺纹刀9，转轴8后端设置有皮带轮10，皮带轮10通过皮带11连接到安装在机架1下端的电机12；活动平台3前端安装有推进杆13，推进杆13连接到液压推进装置14，其推进速度可调；导轨2内侧开有滑槽，所述活动平台3两侧边设置有凸起块伸入滑槽内。
