现有汽车钢车轮轮辋扩口模具主要由扩口上凸模及下凸模等组成,凸模一般采用整体结构(体积较大),由于模具凸模扩口工作面受冲击及磨擦强度高,使模具磨损程度大,扩口加工的零件(钢车轮轮辋)及模具凸模经常拉毛,凸模磨损后频繁更换加工,模具凸模使用寿命低,使用材料消耗大,累计机械加工成本高,扩口加工零件的生产效率低,且加工质量不好。

本实用新型为了解决现有汽车钢车轮轮辋扩口模具凸模使用寿命低,材料及加工成本高,加工零件的生产效率低,零件的质量不好问题。

本实用新型的有益效果是,模具上、下凸模都采用分体结构,凸模镶块材料为硬质合金YG15,一次性材料及加工成本低于整体结构凸模累计使用材料及累计机械加工成本。大幅度提高了模具凸模使用寿命,加工零件的生产效率高,且零件的质量好。

 本实用新型模具由上凸模镶块1,上固定板2,上定位板3,螺钉7;下凸模镶块4,下固定板5,下定位板6和螺钉8构成。上、下凸模镶块1及4分别安装到上、下固定板2及5上,分别用上、下定位板3及6压紧,再分别用螺钉7及8紧固上、下定位板3及6。
