背景技术
[0002] 作为玻璃幕墙的一个重要形式,明框、隐框、半隐框玻璃幕墙近年已被大量使用。目前广泛采用的技术为:幕墙龙骨由立柱和横梁构成,明框和隐框采用两套相对独 立的系统,型材不通用,这种结构的玻璃幕墙型材系统较多,安装工艺不统一,综合成本较高。同时横梁受力合理,避免安装较大板块后横梁因为扭曲造成的玻璃框与横梁间的间隙大小不一,既影响美观,又存在安全隐患。常规设计的玻璃托在连接在玻璃副框上,玻璃副框是连接在横梁上的,当横梁受扭时,相应的玻璃托片也就受去了作用。当硅酮结构胶受力长期受剪力时,增加了掉玻璃的风险。并且,绝大部分玻璃幕墙的隔热功能仅仅依靠自身的材质及安装的密封性能来实现,但是,由于幕墙龙骨的金属材料是热的良导体,明框幕墙的玻璃板块之间有间隙,往往不能达到良好的隔热效果,在炎夏或寒冬等室内外温差较大的节气,室内外的热交换仍可通过幕墙龙骨不断进行,造成了能源的浪费。
[0003] 另外,幕墙横梁,常规设计为方便安装,往往采用了下侧开口型材和用装饰盖板封堵,计算时装饰盖板不参与受力,造成了一定的浪费。同时下侧开口型材的在自重作用下力学性能远不如闭口型材,当采用较小的板块和单片玻璃时问题不是很严重。但随着目前对节能要求的提高,几乎所有新建建筑幕墙都要采用中空玻璃部分可能会采用中空夹胶玻璃,建筑师也越来越倾向于采用大板块大分格。当采用常南侧开口型材时横梁腔体需要较大的尺寸才能满足刚度计算的要求,根据最新的《铝合金结构设计规范》GB50429-2007的要求,开口型材需要对于开口部分的壁厚进行判定且计算过于相对复杂,在建工程中,绝大部分都没有按要求进行计算,存在安全隐患。

[0004] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种玻璃幕墙,能适用于明框、隐框、半隐框的幕墙结构,并且明框上可安装隔热型材。
[0005]为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括立柱、横梁、中空玻璃板块,所述横梁和立柱的正面设有位于中间的第一连接槽,所述第一连接槽的两侧设有用于连接垫条的第二连接槽;所述玻璃幕墙还设有断热型材,所述断热型材包括内连接型材、外连接型材、隔热条;所述第一连接槽与所述内连接型材为卡接配合,所述内连接型材的外表面和所述外连接型材的内表面分别设有卡槽,所述隔热条的内外两侧分别与所述内连接型材的外表面和所述外连接型材的内表面的卡接配合;所述玻璃幕墙还设有第一压板和第二压板,所述第一压板连接在所述外连接型材的外侧,用于将玻璃块压在所述垫条上,所述第二压板连接在幕墙龙骨的正面,用于将玻璃副框压在幕墙龙骨上。

[0013] 由于采用本实用新型的技术方案,本实用新型改变了明框、隐框、半隐框型材不统一,或是用于固定明框压板的螺钉过长而存在安全隐患,无论明框幕墙和隐框幕墙的横梁、立柱的制作、安装方式统一,明框幕墙部分通过加装的断热型材与室外明框压板连接安全可靠、节能效果好。本实用新型可采用单一的安装方式,加快了施工进度。同时,中空玻璃的自重直接传递到立柱可以避免大分格时横梁受扭。横梁和立柱是通过横梁上的弹簧销和立柱上对就位置的预留开孔,以及横梁立柱正面的连接片配合连接,连接方案安全可靠,充分发挥矩形横梁的力学性能,提高了材料的利用率,增强了横梁的承载力。另外,闭口型材的承载力计算相对简单,可以根据工程情况进行严格的承载力验算,提供更安全的连接方案。
[0014] 此外,本实用新型采用独立制作的断热型材,断热型材通过卡槽镶嵌在横梁或立柱上,可以根据整体立面的明框的位置自由设置,断热型材通过螺钉与明框的压板连接,本实用新型通过在明框上增加断热型材,增加了玻璃幕墙的隔热效果,使得现有的玻璃幕墙更加满足节能环保的要求。

[0024] 参照附图3、4。本实用新型包括立柱I、横梁2、中空玻璃板块13,所述断热型材安装在处于明框位置的横梁2上。所述横梁2和立柱I的正面设有位于中间的第一连接槽11,第一连接槽11的两侧分别设有第二连接槽12,所述位于第一连接槽11两侧的第二连接槽12用于连接幕墙的垫条6,所述垫条6卡接在横梁2表面的第二连接槽12上;所述玻璃幕墙还设有断热型材,所述断热型材包括内连接型材8、外连接型材10、隔热条9,所述隔热条9为PA66断热条,所述横梁2的第一连接槽11与所述内连接型材8卡接,所述内连接型材8的外表面和所述外连接型材10的内表面分别设有卡槽,所述隔热条9的内外两侧分别与所述内连接型材8的外表面和所述外连接型材10的内表面卡接配合;内连接型材8、外连接型材10和隔热条9构成了断热型材,所述玻璃幕墙还设有第一压板3和第二压板7,所述第一压板3通过第一螺钉41连接在所述外连接型材10上,第一压板3将中空玻璃板块压在垫条6上;所述第二压板通过第二螺钉42连接在立柱I上,所述第二压板将玻璃副框60压在立柱I上。
