易散热的轮毂涉及一种半挂车车桥上的配件,易散热的轮毂,包括轮毂体和法兰,其特征在于:轮毂体和法兰之间增加散热筋板,散热筋板上设有散热孔。其优点是:增加了轮毂的散热表面积,在车辆行驶的时可以在散热板的内孔中产生较大的气流,使轮毂更易于散热;散热筋板上增加通风散热孔可以减少轮毂的重量,节约生产成本,也减少车桥的总重量。本实用新型主要适用于车桥轮毂。

本实用新型涉及一种半挂车车桥上的配件,尤其涉及一种轮毂。 
背景技术
轮毂是车桥上的主要配件,内部装的有轴承,车辆行驶时轮毂和内部的轴承高速运转,时间长了轮毂就会发热,如果温度太高,会使轴承上的润滑脂变成液态而流失,导致烧坏轴承的情况,现有的轮毂包括轮毂体和法兰部分,没有散热部件,只能依靠自然冷却,散热效果较差。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是增加轮毂的散热速度,提供一种易于散热的轮毂。 
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种易散热的轮毂,包括轮毂体和法兰,其特征在于:轮毂体和法兰之间增加散热筋板,散热筋板上设有散热孔。 
本实用新型的轮毂增加了散热筋板和筋板上的通风散热孔,从而增加了轮毂的外表面积,在轮毂转动的时候,散热孔内会产生较大的气流,可以带走大量的热量,大大提高了轮毂的散热性能。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其优点是:增加了轮毂的散热表面积,在车辆行驶的时可以在散热板的内孔中产生较大的气流,使轮毂更易于散热;筋板上增加通风散热孔可以减少轮毂的重量,节约生产成本,也减少车桥的总重量,本实用新型主要适用于车桥轮毂。

如图1-图2所示,本实用新包括轮毂体1和法兰4,其特征在于:轮毂体1和法兰4之间增加散热筋板2,散热筋板2上设有散热孔3,散热孔3为圆形或三角形。
