一种快速的玻璃薄化设备
技术领域:
本实用新型属于液晶显示屏玻璃基片的制造及薄化领域,具体涉及的是一种快速的玻璃薄化设备。 
背景技术:
现有的液晶显示屏玻璃基片的制造方法,一般分为浸泡法和喷淋法,其中浸泡法因为设备简单,可处理量大而使用广泛。浸泡法中的浸泡液在反应箱体中是流动的,液体的流动方式有采用顶部淋下也有采用从底部输入的,其中,底部输入的方式由于可以附加充入气体增加具有较高效率,但是,由于液体进入的反应箱体的时候只有一个或者多个的进入口,同时,液体的流速比较快,容易在箱体内产生涡流,使在箱体内各个部位的流速不一样,影响同一批次基片的反应效率,为了使反应液对反应基板的冲击,往往无法使用较高流速,无法有效的带走反应残渣。 
发明内容:
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以克服上述缺陷的快速的玻璃薄化设备。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种快速的玻璃薄化设备,包括箱体、进液管、支撑支架及溢流管,所述的箱体下端连接有进液管,所述的箱体的内部设置有支撑支架,箱体侧边设置有溢流管,所述的支撑支架下方设有一导流部。导流部可以杜绝反应液体在箱体内形成涡流或是流速不等的情况。 
所述的导流部为至少一层的导流板,导流板上设有多个的导流孔。导 流孔可以对反应液进行导流。 
所述的导流部为多层的并排排列的导流板。所述的导流板上设置有导流孔。 
所述的多层导流板上的对应导流孔是重叠的,多层的导流孔形成直流通道。 
本实用新型的快速的玻璃薄化设备采用导流部将从底部进入的反应液体进行整流导流,将反应液均匀分布到参与反应多个基板的侧边,具有使整体反应速度稳定,同时可以提高反应液流速的优点。

具体实施方式:
如图1至图3所示,一种快速的玻璃薄化设备,包括箱体1、进液管12、支撑支架11及溢流管13,所述的箱体1下端连接有进液管12,所述的箱体的内部设置有支撑支架11,箱体侧边设置有溢流管13,所述的支撑支架11下方设有一导流部。所述的进液管12下端连接水泵,溢流管13连接有一循环系统。所述的箱体1内部设置有支撑支架,支撑支架可放置基片玻璃10,放置的多个基片玻璃10为垂直并列排列。优选地,可以放置5片至8片的基片玻璃10。 
所述的导流部为至少一层的导流板,导流板上设有多个的导流孔。优选的,所述的导流孔的长度为其孔径的2倍或以上。较长长度的导流孔的可以对反应液体有较好的整流效果,抑制涡流的形成,可以在箱体内使用 较高的流速反应液速度,同时不会因为因为使用较高的流速而引起基片玻璃10的振动。所述的导流板与基片玻璃10成垂直设置,导流板上均匀地设有多个的导流孔。 
所述的导流部为多层的并排排列的导流板。所述的各层导流板上设置有导流孔21。所述的各层导流板上的导流孔21可为等径也可以为逐渐变大。 
优选的,所述的各层导流板上的对应导流孔21是重叠的,多层的导流孔21形成直流通道。当反应液从箱体底部的进液管12流进箱体的时候,会被多层导流孔21整流并形成均匀流速流动起来。反应液可均匀地从基片中间流过,有效地将基片玻璃两侧在反应时候产生的残渣带走,提高反应速度及反应的均匀性。 
所述的导流部还可以为多个成扇形排列的导向板,多个导向板的虚拟圆点为进液管12连接部。多个成扇形排列的导向板可以将从箱体底部进入的反应液分配到箱体内各个位置。

1.一种快速的玻璃薄化设备,包括箱体(1)、进液管(12)、支撑支架(11)及溢流管(13),所述的箱体(1)下端连接有进液管(12),所述的箱体的内部设置有支撑支架(11),箱体侧边设置有溢流管(13),其特征在于所述的支撑支架(11)下方设有一导流部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速的玻璃薄化设备,其特征在于所述的导流部为至少一层的导流板(2),导流板上设有多个的导流孔(21)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速的玻璃薄化设备,其特征在于所述的导流部为多层的并排排列的导流板(2),所述的导流板上设有多个的导流孔(21)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的快速的玻璃薄化设备,其特征在于所述的多层导流板上的对应导流孔是重叠的,多层的导流孔形成直流通道。
