本实用新型公开了一种客车后舱门，包括内板（2）和外板（1），所述的外板（1）的折边与内板（2）之间设有密封胶层，所述的外板（1）的内表面设置有多条加强筋（3），且所述的加强筋（3）通过其两侧设有的搭边（3.1）粘贴固定于所述的外板（1）的内表面。该客车后舱门不容易产生鼓动和变形、更加平整，涂装更加省时省力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及客车领域，特别涉及一种客车后舱门。
背景技术
现有技术的客车后舱门一般采用外面板跟内面板相结合的结构，外板的折边与内板焊接固定，且外板与内板之间通常设有用于固定安装骨架的空腔。但是由于后舱门外板内表面未作任何处理，容易发生鼓动、产生变形，不但影响美观，且后舱门的鼓动会使得后续涂装工艺更加费力，费工又费时。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种不容易产生鼓动和变形、更加平整，涂装更加省时省力的客车后舱门。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种客车后舱门，包括内板和外板，所述的外板的折边与内板之间设有密封胶层，所述的外板的内表面设置有多条加强筋，且所述的加强筋通过其两侧设有的搭边粘贴固定于所述的外板的内表面。
所述的加强筋延长度方向设置于所述的外板的内表面，且多条加强筋间隔设置。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：该客车后舱门的外板的折边与内板之间设有胶层。这样，外板和内板之间的密封胶层能更好的保持客车后舱门的密封性，不会发生渗水现象。且外板的内表面粘贴固定有多条截面呈梯形的加强筋，则该客车后舱门的外板不容易产生鼓动和变形，更加平整，涂装更加省时省力。

如图1所示，一种客车后舱门，包括内板2和外板1，所述的外板1的折边与内板2之间设有密封胶层，所述的外板1的内表面设置有多条加强筋3，且所述的加强筋3通过其两侧设有的搭边3.1粘贴固定于所述的外板1的内表面。
所述的加强筋3延长度方向设于所述的外板1的内表面，且多条加强筋3间隔设置。

1.一种客车后舱门，包括内板（2）和外板（1），其特征在于：所述的外板（1）的折边与内板（2）之间设有密封胶层，所述的外板（1）的内表面设置有多条加强筋（3），且所述的加强筋（3）通过其两侧设有的搭边（3.1）粘贴固定于所述的外板（1）的内表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种客车后舱门，其特征在于：所述的加强筋（3）延长度方向设于所述的外板（1）的内表面，且多条加强筋（3）间隔设置。
