背景技术
冲床曲轴是冲床传动系统中的重要部件。曲轴在安装使用过程中需要使用一种复合滑动轴承,也称衬套,又称铜套,形状为空心园柱体结构,起减摩中间体的作用。一般为增加轴承的刚性在铜套外周套接钢套,提高复合轴承的机械性能,该种复合结构的轴承其主要遇到的问题为在曲轴高速运动过程中,产生热塑变形导致复合轴承内外衬套体发生位移,影响复合轴承正常的。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种连接牢固、使用寿命长,防止圆周或轴向窜动的冲床曲轴用复合轴承。
一种冲床曲轴用复合轴承,包括由铜材制造的内衬套,内衬套外周套接钢套,所述的内衬套端部绕圆周设有180度转弯的翻边,翻边与内衬套外周形成一个环形槽体,环形槽体内嵌入钢套。该种通过由翻边与内衬套外周构成的环形槽体结构连接钢套,使得钢套与内衬套的连接缝隙不外露,防止了杂质油体进入上述缝隙,提高复合轴承的使用寿命。
所述的内衬套内侧设有环形油槽,防止内衬套过度磨损。
作为结构优选内衬套和钢套上设有同轴的定位孔,定位孔内安装有定位销,防止内衬套和钢套之间轴向以及径向窜动,提高复合轴承的使用寿命。

如图1所示一种冲床曲轴用复合轴承,包括由铜材制造的内衬套2,内衬套2外周套接钢套1,内衬套2端部绕圆周设有180度转弯的翻边,翻边与内衬套2外周形成一个环形槽体,环形槽体内嵌入钢套1。作为结构优选内衬套2和钢套1上设有同轴的定位孔,定位孔内安装有定位销4,防止内衬套2和钢套1之间轴向以及径向窜动,提高复合轴承的使用寿命。
为进一步提高复合轴承的使用寿命在内衬套2内侧设有环形油槽3,当然的在环形油槽3内设有润滑油。
