PE抗静电自粘保护膜,膜体为由PE抗静电层(A)、PE基材层(B)及弹性体层(C)构成的层叠结构。以PE抗静电层和基材层同时具备自粘结构,表面电阻率在109~1011欧姆/平方,抗电效果明显,柔性好,不易刮伤被贴物,可轻易贴附在有弧度的物体上;广泛应用于各电子工业领域,产品适用于LCD行业、导光板、背光模组、手机、电脑面板、电视机面板、PDA等电子电器产品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及层状防护膜技术领域,尤其是PE抗静电自粘保护膜。
背景技术
  目前,抗静电保护膜主要用于LED或LCD背光模组,手机、电脑屏幕及其它电子产品的保护,防止表面的接触性污染及划伤。目前,抗静电保护膜以PET抗静电膜居多,但是这种膜硬度较高,极易刮伤被贴物表面。再者PET材质挺性高,不易弯曲,遇到有弧度的被贴物无法贴附保护。
PET塑料是聚对苯二甲酸类塑料,英文Polyethylene terephthalate的缩写,简称PET或PETP,主要包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯PBT。另外,还有一种已经开发出的PE涂胶抗静电膜,柔性高,但是容易残胶,且所使用抗静电剂为迁移性物质,会污染被贴物。聚乙烯英文名称:polyethylene ,简称PE,是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种PE抗静电自粘保护膜。
实现本实用新型的发明目的措施在于:膜体为由PE抗静电层、PE基材层及弹性体层构成的层叠结构。
本实用新型的优点在于,以PE抗静电层和基材层同时具备自粘结构,表面电阻率在109~1011欧姆/平方,抗电效果明显,柔性好,不易刮伤被贴物,可轻易贴附在有弧度的物体上;广泛应用于各电子工业领域,产品适用于LCD行业、导光板、背光模组、手机、电脑面板、电视机面板、PDA等电子电器产品。

具体实施方式
膜体为由PE抗静电层A、PE基材层B及弹性体层C构成的层叠结构。
其中:
所述PE抗静电层A为非迁移导电性聚合物与LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE的混合物;所述弹性体层为非迁移导电聚合物与聚烯烃类弹性体的混合物。
所述基材层为LDPE、LLDPE或HDPE材料。LDPE:低密度聚乙烯、高压聚乙烯,LLDPE:线形低密度聚乙烯,HDPE:高密度聚乙烯、低压聚乙烯。
本实用新型中膜体厚度为30um-90um,具有很好的柔韧性,可任意折叠,同时具有抗静电效果,最优可以到达109欧姆/平方。
本发明中膜体为非涂胶保护膜,依靠本身弹性体特性贴附在被贴物上,减少高温条件下的残胶风险。
本实用新型在制造时,将 PE材料与导电聚合物的混合物、 PE材料以及弹性体与导电聚合物混合物三层材料经过螺杆熔融挤出贴合在一起,冷却成型,抗拉强度为26Mpa,弹性体硬度为邵D41.贴附在PMMA板上,烘烤60℃+24hr,观察无残留。

1.PE抗静电自粘保护膜,其特征是:膜体为由PE抗静电层(A)、PE基材层(B)及弹性体层(C)构成的层叠结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的PE抗静电自粘保护膜,其特征在于,膜体厚度为30um-90um。
