本实用新型涉及一种客车发动机废气再利用装置,该装置包括溴化锂机组、余热回收装置和风机盘管,所述溴化锂机组和余热回收装置通过管道与发动机的排气管连接,所述风机盘管通过管道分别与溴化锂机组和余热回收装置连接;需要制冷时,发动机排放的尾气通过管道输送到溴化锂机组,通过发动机尾气中所含有的热量带动溴化锂机组工作,实现制冷;需要制热时,发动机排放的尾气通过管道输送到余热回收装置,通过余热回收装置实现制热。利用发动机的尾气中含有的热量即可实现制冷和制热,发动机尾气中能量能够得到充分的利用,并且降低了发动机的载荷和燃料的消耗。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车用装置,具体的说涉及一种客车发动机废气再利用装置。 
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车的数量不断增加,对汽油、柴油、石油气、天然气等自然资源的需求量也逐年攀升。目前,汽车发动机工作时,只使用引擎产生的部分能量,通过排气管排放出的尾气中含有大部分的能量,这部分的能量白白的流失掉,不能够得到充分的利用。汽车发动机排出的尾气一般都可以达到850摄氏度以上,通常情况下,这些热量都被直接排入了大气中,一方面造成了能量的流失,另一方面造成了环境污染。 
目前,在客车、大型公交车上使用的汽车空调系统中的压缩机都是采用发动机带动,从而实现制冷和制热,增大了发动机的载荷,从而明显增大了汽车燃料的消耗和汽车尾气的排量。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是针对以上问题,提供一种利用发动机尾气实现制冷和制热、发动机尾气中能量能够充分利用、降低燃料的消耗的客车发动机废气再利用装置。 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:客车发动机废气再利用装置,该装置包括溴化锂机组、余热回收装置和风机盘管,所述溴化锂机组和余热回收装置通过管道与发动机的排气管连接,所述风机盘管通过管道分别与溴化锂机组和余热回收装置连接。 
一种具体优化方案,所述余热回收装置为换热器。 
一种具体优化方案,所述换热器为气液换热器。 
作为一种优化方案,所述溴化锂机组和余热回收装置与发动机排气管之间的连接管道上设置有三通阀。 
本实用新型采取以上技术方案,具有以下优点:需要制冷时,发动机排放 的尾气通过管道输送到溴化锂机组,通过发动机尾气中所含有的热量带动溴化锂机组工作,实现制冷;需要制热时,发动机排放的尾气通过管道输送到余热回收装置,通过余热回收装置实现制热。利用发动机的尾气中含有的热量即可实现制冷和制热,发动机尾气中能量能够得到充分的利用,并且降低了发动机的载荷和燃料的消耗。

具体实施方式
实施例:如附图所示,客车发动机废气再利用装置,包括溴化锂机组3、余热回收装置5和风机盘管4,溴化锂机组3和余热回收装置5通过管道与发动机1的排气管连接,风机盘管4通过管道分别与溴化锂机组3和余热回收装置5连接。 
余热回收装置5为换热器,换热器为气液换热器,通过余热回收装置5吸收尾气中的热量将液体加热。
溴化锂机组3和余热回收装置5与发动机排气管之间的连接管道上设置有三通阀2,通过三通阀2控制发动机1的排气管与余热回收装置5和溴化锂机组3连通或关闭。 
需要制冷时,三通阀2使发动机1的排气管与溴化锂机组3连通,发动机1排放的尾气通过管道输送到溴化锂机组3,通过发动机1尾气中所含有的热量带动溴化锂机组3工作,然后通过风机盘管4向车内输送冷气,实现制冷;需要制热时,三通阀2使发动机1的排气管与余热回收装置5连通,发动机1排放的尾气通过管道输送到余热回收装置5,通过余热回收装置5将水加热,然后通过风机盘管4向车内输送热气,实现制热。

1.客车发动机废气再利用装置,其特征在于:该装置包括溴化锂机组(3)、余热回收装置(5)和风机盘管(4),所述溴化锂机组(3)和余热回收装置(5)通过管道与发动机(1)的排气管连接,所述风机盘管(4)通过管道分别与溴化锂机组(3)和余热回收装置(5)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的客车发动机废气再利用装置,其特征在于:所述余热回收装置(5)为换热器。
3.如权利要求2所述的客车发动机废气再利用装置,其特征在于:所述换热器为气液换热器。
4.如权利要求1-3其中之一所述的客车发动机废气再利用装置,其特征在于:所述溴化锂机组(3)和余热回收装置(5)与发动机排气管之间的连接管道上设置有三通阀(2)。
