背景技术
五金件模内注塑，是广范用于电话通信这类产品的生产链当中。目前，此类模内注塑成型技术已普遍成熟，却存在一些因五金件结构复杂，容易变形，材料薄等因素导致注塑成型时产品合格率低的困惑，影响生产产能，同时浪费大量人力物力，造成资源浪费，成型后的产品满足不了客户的品质要求，制约了企业的经济效益和发展。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中移动电话通信部分五金件模内注塑产品的产能低，品质无法得到保证的现实问题，本实用新型提供了一种五金件精密注塑模具。
本实用新型提供了一种五金件精密注塑模具，包括成型模仁，两定位镶件和五金治具，所述定位镶件和五金治具在注塑成型时同时装置于成型模仁中。
优选的是：所述五金治具通过圆销定位活动装置在成型模仁中，模具开模后可实行与另一同样的五金治具互换，完成下一次成型。
更优选的是：所述定位镶件加工有台阶和凸台，其作用为五金件避空位和通过装配后同五金治具形成一个五金件料厚的间隙起定位作用。
更有选的是：所述五金治具加工有与五金件等高，等外形，等料厚的避空位，同时加工有与五金件上定位孔相匹配的定位台。
更有选的是：所述五金治具加工有销钉孔，通过圆销连接成型模仁，方便生产中治具互换，保证位置的绝对精确。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过上述方案，通过两定位镶件的定位保证了这类五金件在注塑过程中两开口端的位置不偏不离，从而避免了五金件结构变形，尺寸偏差，提高了产品成型质量。通过五金治具的互换大大提高了生产效率，节约了劳动成本，带来了巨大的经济效益。

图3中的附图标号为：五金件模内注塑模具；包含了定位镶件，成型模仁和五金治具。定位镶件和通过螺丝连接固定于成型模仁中，五金治具通过圆销连接活动装配于成型模仁中。
如图1及图3所示，五金件模内注塑模具，所述定位镶件和定位镶件加工有台阶面为注塑成型时给所要放入的五金件留有避空位。在五金件装上五金治具放入成型模仁时，同五金治具，五金件三者形成紧密配合，起到固定作用。
如图1及图3所示，所述定位镶件通过螺丝连接固定在放入五金件非闭合的两端口处的模仁中，防止五金件在注塑过程中受压力或人为因素而引起的变形，偏位，尺寸偏差。所述定位镶件设置有用于与治具配合定位五金件外形尺寸的凸台；其作用为五金件避空位和通过装配后同五金治具形成一个五金件料厚的间隙起定位作用。
如图1及图3所示，所述五金治具加工有同五金件尺寸，外形相配合的避空位，方便五金件的放置，同时加工了与五金件本身定位孔相符合的定位台，有助于五金件在注塑成型时的准确定位。提高了产品成型品质。
如图3所示，所述五金治具同成型模仁为圆销连接，方便取装实现生产过程中治具互换，节约劳动时间和生产成本，提高了生产效益。
本实用新型提供的一种五金件模内注塑模具，通过五金治具，定位镶件和五金件的紧密配合和精确定位，使得类似料薄，形状易变形，尺寸不稳定的五金件在模内注塑时品质得以保证，节省大量人力物力，克服了这类注塑成型现状所存在的困难，为这类注塑成型提供了技术积累和支持，为提高生产效率，提高企业的竞争力打下了坚实的基础。
