本实用新型属于塑料件注塑与成型模具范畴,特别涉及一种易变形注塑件的整形工装。
背景技术
在汽车行业中,以注塑加工的形式,大量使用体积较大、形状复杂易变形的塑料制品(如图1所示),如何解决这种体积较大容的塑料制品容易变形的问题,仅仅靠成型工艺很难得到彻底解决,必须在成型工艺后再进行一次整形才能达到合格产品要求。本实用新型为北京现代汽车C柱中心孔变形问题专门设计了整形工装,解决了北京现代汽车C柱中心孔变形问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中解决体积较大的塑料制品容易变形的问题,仅仅靠成型工艺很难得到彻底解决的不足而提供一种易变形注塑件的整形工装,其特征在于,所述整形工装是模具底座的上表面为与塑料工件下表面形状相同的楷模面,楷模面中部有一凸起,凸起与楷模面交汇处设置成圆弧,在模具底座的侧面设置后档和一个侧档。
所述凸起与塑料工件中部的凸套筒内壁形状相同。
本实用新型的有益效果是在使用本实用新型后,使北京现代汽车C柱中心孔变形问题得到100%的根治,量产中因变形产生的不良品数量为零,产品整体质量的合格率由原来的80%上升为现在的97%以上。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供一种易变形注塑件的整形工装。下面结合附图予以说明。
如图2所示的注塑件整形工装结构示意图,图中,在整形工装的模具底座1的上表面是与塑料工件下表面形状相同的楷模面2,楷模面2中部有一凸起4,凸起4与楷模面2交汇处设置成圆弧6,在模具底座的侧面设置后档3和一个侧档5。其中,凸起4与塑料工件中部的凸套筒内壁形状相同。在进行成型工艺时,将图1所示的变形塑料工件装在整形工装上,加热烘烤,再进行一次整形。
使用本实用新型后,使北京现代汽车C柱中心孔变形问题得到100%的根治,量产中因变形产生的不良品数量为零,产品整体质量的合格率由原来的80%上升为现在的97%以上。

1.一种易变形注塑件的整形工装,其特征在于,所述整形工装是模具底座的上表面为与塑料工件下表面形状相同的楷模面,楷模面中部有一凸起,凸起与楷模面交汇处设置成圆弧,在模具底座的侧面设置后档和一个侧档。
2.根据权利要求1所述易变形注塑件的整形工装,其特征在于,所述凸起与塑料工件中部的凸套筒内壁形状相同。
