背景技术
目前传统的眼镜架都为单一胶构成，PVC软胶眼镜脚架成品的外观不够美观，颜色单一，产品的合模线不够干净平整，很难批量，以及批量生产所需的模具的成本高。 
实用新型内容
为了克服传统技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种PVC软胶材质眼镜脚架及其模具。 
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是： 
一种PVC软胶材质眼镜脚架，包括脚架本体，脚架本体内为中空结构，中空结构内插有与其形状大小一样的插芯，脚架本体为PVC软胶材质。 
所述的插芯为不锈钢丝。 
制造PVC软胶材质眼镜脚架的模具，金属材质的三维上下阳模、以及与阳模配合连接的经硫化制成的硅胶材质上下结构的阴模。 
在模具的结构中设置有作为它的上下阴模的定位及锁定的定位孔。 
模具上还设有注入口和排气口。 
本实用新型的有益效果：PVC软胶眼镜脚架成品的外观更好，颜色丰富，产品的合模线的干净平整，便于批量生产以及批量生产所需的模具的成本更低。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种PVC软胶材质眼镜脚架，包括脚架本体1，脚架本体1内为中空结构，中空结构内插有与其形状大小一样的插芯2，脚架本体1为PVC软胶材质。所述的插芯2为不锈钢丝。模具材质属硅胶，利用硅胶材料的柔软型、耐温性，制作模具过程的可塑性。 
模具的结构特点及产品的制作工艺流成： 
模具的结构特点，完成产品的三维设计后，用电脑雕刻刻成金属材质的三维阳模(上下模)；用硅胶在三维金属阳模的基础上经高温硫化制成硅胶材质的PVC软性眼镜脚架生产线上所使用的上下结构的阴模：为了确保硅胶上下阴模在生产成品的过程中，保证产品的精确度，在上下硅胶阴模的背面用铁板固定，使其不易产生伸缩变形。在模具的结构中用定位孔作为它的上下阴模的定位及锁定。模具的厚度及尺寸大小以及注入口，排气口的位置视产品的实际情况而定。PVC软胶眼镜脚成品中的中空结构(中空结构位置是用于放置不锈钢插 芯，以便产品实用厂家用来整形、校架)，是在上下阳模合模之前先置入生产用于其中，待整个生产流成结束。在将其拔出，然后再将不锈钢插芯形体在将相同尺寸的不锈钢插芯(成品所用)重新置入。

1.一种PVC软胶材质眼镜脚架，包括脚架本体(1)，其特征在于：脚架本体(1)内为中空结构，中空结构内插有与其形状大小一样的插芯(2)，脚架本体(1)为PVC软胶材质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC软胶材质眼镜脚架，其特征在于：所述的插芯(2)为不锈钢丝。
3.制造PVC软胶材质眼镜脚架的模具，其特征在于：金属材质的三维上下阳模、以及与阳模配合连接的经硫化制成的硅胶材质上下结构的阴模。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制造PVC软胶材质眼镜脚架的模具，其特征在于：在模具的结构中设置有作为它的上下阴模的定位及锁定的定位孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制造PVC软胶材质眼镜脚架的模具，其特征在于：模具上还设有注入口和排气口。
